To studythe clinical problem that is caused by jingsongling inhibiting the gastric motorfunction in dog and goat,the research through the surgical operation,bipolar Ag-Agcl electrodes are fitted on the surface of serosa in cardia,pylorus,and gastricfundus in dogs,and the surface of serosa in cardic,rumen dorsal sac,reticulum,omasum,abomasum and pylorus in goats,wires are punched through thesubcutaneous of cervical dorsalis.

静松灵是目前国内兽医临床广泛应用的镇静、镇痛药之一，也是均衡麻醉的重要组成成分，为了研究静松灵对单胃和复胃动物胃蠕动的抑制作用所带来的临床问题，本研究通过外科手术方法将Ag-AgCl乏极化电极固定在犬胃的贲门、幽门、和胃底的浆膜上，以及山羊的贲门、瘤胃背囊、网胃体、瓣胃、皱胃和幽门的浆膜上，导线从颈部皮下穿出。

Result: The scores of motor functions in rehabilitative training group were significantly better than those in control group on the 7th d, 21st d and 35th d (P.05). Under microscope and electron microscope the nerve-cells of cortical infarct marginal zone in rehabilitative training group showed more integrity nuclear membranes, less agglutinative chromatin, clearer structures of mitochondria and more plentiful ribosomes on rough endoplasmic reticulum compared with that in control group.

结果：在造模后第7天、21天、35天时卒中训练组大鼠的平衡木及网屏测试评分分值均优于卒中对照组(P.05)；且于光镜、电镜观察下脑皮质梗死边缘区神经细胞的核膜较卒中对照组完整、核下凝集的染色质较为稀少，线粒体结构较为清晰，粗面内质网表面核糖体更为丰富。

Results showed that β-catenin was positive expression in stellate reticulum,inner dental epithelium,and dental sac at cup stage,in inner dental epithelium,dental papilla cell,and cell nucleus at early bell stage,in cervical loop and cusp cell membrane at late bell stage,and in ameloblast and odontoblast cell at amelogenesis stage.

结果表明，帽状期在星网层、内釉上皮、牙囊均为细胞核阳性表达；钟状早期在内釉上皮、牙乳头细胞核阳性表达；钟状晚期在颈环、牙尖细胞膜阳性表达；成釉期早期在成釉质细胞、成牙本质细胞阳性表达；成釉期晚期均阴性表达。

We got the result: Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole (1) Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole was capable of lens regeneration, which originated from the epithelial cells at iris dorsal margin by dipigmentation.(2) Dipigmentation of Bufo Raddei Strauch by two methods: one was licked up by amoebocyte, the other one was flowed from the pigment cells.(3) In the lens regeneration cells of Bufo Raddei Strauch profiles of the mitochondria became complicated ribosome manifold, and the endoplasmic reticulum was cisternal dilation. During the process of deferentiation of lens fiber the cell nucleolus became little and chromatin shrinked.(4)The crystalline electrophoresis of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole lens regeneration showed that during lens regeneration P-crystalline was expressed earliest then was γ-crystalline and α-crystallin, this result is consistent with newt.

结果表明：花背蟾蜍蝌蚪(1)具有晶状体再生的能力，其晶状体的再生来源于虹膜背缘的上皮细胞；(2)虹膜背缘去色素是转分化的前提，主要有两种方式：一种也是最主要的方式是在晶状体被摘除后虹膜外侧产生巨噬细胞，巨噬细胞吞噬虹膜色素上皮细胞中的色素颗粒；另一种方式是虹膜色素上皮细胞自身释放色素颗粒；(3)电镜观察发现虹膜色素上皮细胞转分化过程中线粒体有明显变化，核糖体增多，粗面内质网增多，晶状体纤维分化过程中细胞核逐渐凝聚；(4)SDS-PAGE电泳发现，花背蟾蜍蝌蚪晶状体再生中相关蛋白表达顺序与有尾类蝾螈相似，蛋白表达顺序依次是β-晶状体蛋白、γ-晶状体蛋白和α-晶状体蛋白，并且后两种蛋白几乎同时表达。
