First, this research developed a set of simple and effective technologies for preparative extraction and separation of flavonoid and phloridzin from Lithocarpus polystachyus, which includes:(1) Microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoid from tender leaves of Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd. The extraction conditions are as the follows, 1.2 % of Ca2 water solution, solid-liquid ratio of 1:12, pre-boiling for 5 min, 800 W of microwave treating for 25 min.

本研究首先研发出一套简单、有效的制备性提取分离多穗柯黄酮类及其根皮苷工艺，这套工艺包括：(1)微波辅助氢氧化钙水溶液提取多穗柯黄酮，最佳工艺条件为用1.2 %氢氧化钙水溶液为提取液，料液比1：12，预煮时间5min，微波功率800W处理25min。

Using design of L9 (3^4), the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd. in Huaihua were optimized by ethanol solution extraction assisted with ultrasonic, and the variety trends of total flavonoids content were investigated with different natural storage time, different gathering seasons, differrent Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd.

The more natural storage time, the less total flavonoids content, and the average descent rate was 24.74% per year. The flavonoids content from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd. gathered between August and October was the highest. The total flavonoids content was higher in the new leaves of Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd.

结果：乙醇体积分数对总黄酮提取量有显著影响，提取温度对总黄酮提取量有影响；多穗柯自然存放时间越长，总黄酮含量越低，平均每年下降24.74%；不同季节采摘的多穗柯其总黄酮含量以8~10月最高；经对怀化多穗柯嫩叶和老叶中总黄酮的提取测定表明，多穗柯中嫩叶总黄酮含量最高，二年生最低。

The results are showed as follows:the appearance of Luota karst forest community is characterized by the middle and lowphaneropytes such as Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Lithocarpus glaber, et al. The structure ofthe community is generally composed of tree layer, shrub layer and herb layer. Thedominants are Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Lithocarpus glaber, Dendrobenthamia capitata, et al.There are 36 tree, shrub and vine species in this community. The individnal height isincreased as pyramid, the volume has the same results.

结果表明：喀斯特森林木本植物群落的外貌由青冈栎、石栎、头状四照花、五裂槭等中、小高位芽植物决定，其结构一般分为乔木层、灌木层和草本层，上风种有青冈栎、石栎、头状四照花和五裂槭；组成该群落的木本植物有36种；个体高度呈金字塔增长趋势，径级结构也有类似结果；在水平分布上，上风种为集群分布，常见种则为随机分布。

Based on the distribution data of 22 dominant species of typical evergreen broadleaf forest of Castanopsis , Cyclobalanopsis and Lithocarpus and 11 climatic factors, the range types of these species and their relationship with environmental factors were analyzed by Correspond Analysis and Canonical Correspond Analysis.
