The anode structure of CI-LIGBT is optimized by numerical simulation, and it is pointed out that segmented p〓 anode region surrounded by n〓 anode region is the key to improve the ability of current limiting, and the more deeper the n〓 anode junction relative to the p〓 anode junction, the more powerful the ability of current limiting is. The affection of the breakdown voltage BV〓 of the reverse biased p〓n〓 junction and the sample resistance upon the latching current, the latching voltage and the on-state voltage have been studied, and it is indicated that the tradeoff between the on-state voltage and the latching characteristics is the excellentest when BV〓 is 1. 1V so that its on-state voltage can be just only 0.6V higher than conventional LIGBT. It is also found that this device is especially suit to high temperature environment. Based on X. B. Chen's surface voltage sustaining structure using optimized variational lateral doping and Ludikhuize's multiple floating rings structure, high voltage LIGBT and is studied in this paper.

In this thesis, soft starter equipment realized by thyristors power transform circuit is studied. To improve equipment performance, we apply variable reactance technique to AC motor soft starter study. The high voltage AC working winding of reactance is in series with motor winding, while low voltage control winding and thyristors groupware with intelligent controller constitute close loop circuit. We adopt thyristor phase control voltage-regulator mode to control low voltage winding, then control the reactance of high voltage winding, and then arrive at the goal-control the current and voltage of motor AC to realize motor soft starting.

The article adopts "humidity ratio" integrated emendation method and other two traditional emendation methods in emendation calculating on several group test results. The tests are : simulating test in artificial climate room on 110kV substation equipment of Yangbajing, Lasa and Yanghu by Xi"an High Voltage Lab; power frequency voltage discharge test of ZS-110 by Yunnan provincial electrical research academy. It compares and analyses the equipment test voltage emendated to standard atmosphere conditions with the equipment nominal withstanding voltage. And then it concluded that: the emendation value educed by "humidity ratio" integrated emendation method is basically equal or close to the equipment nominal withstanding voltage; but the values by two traditional emendation methods are mostly higher.It also proves that,"humidity ratio integrated emendation method is more perfect than any other methods, and it can reflect the influence degree of atmospheric parameters on electrical equipment outer insulation discharge voltage actually. The method should be spread in designing high elevation power projects.

In this paper,the discharge capacity,stability voltage and the ratio of constant current charge capacity and battery discharge capacity of lithium ion battery were studied. For the lithium manganese lithium-ion batteries,the discharge capacity,mid-value voltage and stability voltage all increased with increasing charge cutoff voltage. As long as charge cutoff voltage was no less than 4.15 V,the battery discharge capacity loss would not exceed 6%. When charge cutoff voltage was 4.15V,the constant current charge capacity accounted for more than 85% of total charge capacity,a little change from 4.20 V.
