In order to solve the problem,We proposed a simple formula for computing paraxial travel time of single-way wave operator. A new scheme for approximating the solution of 2D Maxwell's equations-the high order symplectic scheme is proposed to overcome the shortcoming of the conventional finite difference time domain.
