The main content of this dissertation includes: 1. Research on the theory of ultrasonic power supply, introduce its development process. On the basis of these, fix on the scheme of medical ultrasonic low-power supply. 2. According to the principle of modularized design, divide medical ultrasonic low-power supply into four parts. They are power amplify circuit, power control circuit, frequency automatic tracking circuit and matching circuit. Separately research on their theories and design their circuits and necessary programs, especially, effectively resolve the problem tracking the supersonic vibration system with a narrow syntony frequency bandwidth and a high swing. 3. The matching experiments gain good result, and prove that medical ultrasonic low-power supply is entirely up to the mustard on intellectualization, wide band of working frequency, steady output and high efficiency.

On the basis of study on two projects:"10-DOF ultrasonic detection system for complex surfaces part" and "Ultrasonic water-logging automatic survey system for rods", this thesis studies the technologies of ultrasonic measurement, kinematic and dynamic modeling of 10-DOF ultrasonic system, real-time sensitivity auto-adjusting, integrated technology of ultrasonic measurement, surface construction and ultrasonic detection for complex surface parts and rods, thus improving the accuracy and efficiency of ultrasonic detection for parts of complex surfaces. And furthermore we developed the integrated HIFU system with 256-element HIFU transducers. And we made preliminary and important progresses in the research of HIFU bioeffect, lesion estimation, techniques of monitoring and imaging and characterizing of structure of HIFU transducer;(4)The real-time method of voice source regeneration based on compensative regulation of physiological parameters was investigated in the field of medical rehabilitation. We addressed the physiology and biophysics of vocalization, modeled voice source regeneration based on compensative regulation mechanism, and put forward an integrated evaluation about the speech rehabilitation and the regenerated voice source; Sixty-one archived journal papers were published, as well as ten in international journals, and eighteen publications were embodied by SCI.
