This paper analyzes the principle of the LP-LFC process,presents the physical and mathematical models of mould filling of the new process. A typical case of polar low occurred on 26 February 1996 over the Sea of Japan is investigated. The analysis exhibits the spatial structures at different stage of this polar low event.
