Purpose: To investigate the value of 3D-CISS sequcnce in diagnosing ventricular and cisternal system diseases.

Materials and Methods: Comparetive study between 2D - SE sequence and 3D-CISS sequence was made for lesions detection and diagnostic accuracy in 8 cases of intraventricle and 12 cases of cisternal diseases.

材料和方法：对照分析8例脑室和12例脑池占位病变的常规SE序列和3D—CISS的检出率和诊断正确率。

Objective To obtain the detailed anatomical data of image through the application of 3D-CISS sequence and MPR technique in displaying the cisternal segment of the oculomotor nerve and its neurovascular relationships.

目的：应用3D-CISS序列和MPR技术对动眼神经及其神经血管关系进行显示与研究，获得详尽的MR影像解剖资料。

Results (1)Of 104 patients with trigeminal neuralgia,75 patients had neurovascular compression or contact of the cisternal portion of the trigeminal nerve at MR imaging and 69 patients were verified by operation;14 patients had C-P angle tumors,13 cases were diagnosed by MRI and the remaining one was verified by the operation and pathology;5 patients had vascular lesions at MR imaging which were verified by microvascular decompression.

结果 (1)104例三叉神经痛患者中MRI诊断为血管压迫或接触的为75例，术中证实有血管压迫或接触的为69例；桥小脑角肿瘤共14例，MRI确诊13例，另1例由手术确诊；血管性病变的为5例，均由微血管减压术或手术病理证实；(2)三叉神经痛病因中血管压迫或接触、肿瘤性病变及血管性病变所占比例分别为66.3%(69/104)、13.5%(14/104)和4.8%(5/104)；(3)根据手术结果，MRI对三叉神经痛患者诊断的敏感性为89.4%，特异性为96.6%。
