脊髓麻醉

下半身手术时常用的脊髓麻醉(Spinal Anesthesia)是把针穿过硬膜,再把麻醉剂注射进入脊髓液内. 常用在治疗背痛或无痛分娩接生用的硬膜外(Epidural)麻醉,针是停在硬膜外,所以注射时麻醉药是分散在外面邻近的神经纤维,使之麻痹及无痛觉.
