而为了要搜集资料,我评估了既有的测试设备,并采用一组通用型接口总线(GPIB) IEEE -488适配卡、一台简单的数字示波器、以及一台任意函数波产生器(function generator)组合出一套简略的开放式回路量测系统(参照图2所示).
