远期合约

(1)远期:"远期合约"(Forward Contract),是指由交易双方自行协议在某一特定日,买方(卖方)可以特定价格买进(卖出)某资产的契约. 契约规定将来交易的资产、交易日期、交易价格和数量. 远期契约不是标准化的契约,一般在柜台市场(OTC)或交易双方私下协议交易.
