cache memory：快取记忆体

差异在於DRAM一个位元只使用一个电晶体,需要周期性地补充电源,以保持记忆体内资料不会流失,SRAM每个位元使用6个电晶体组成,不需要周期性地补充电源,速度较快,价格也较高. 主记忆体一般都是使用DRAM,快取记忆体(Cache Memory)则是采用SRAM.
