Pneumoniae FH strain was cloned and the sequence was analysed by M13 DNA sequencing method. Comparing the PCR product sequcence with MP M-129 strain P1 gene, we found that there are 4 bases different. This may result from the different MP DNA templates. The maximum homology is 98.8%. The result confirmed the fidelity and specificity of the amplified target DNA segment by PCP, and suggested that two categories of MP P1 gene still exist a few differences even in the conservation region. The cloning MP DNA segment was labelled by random hexanucleotide priming, after hybridization, the probe detection was completed using an anti-digoxigenin antibody alkaline phosphatase conjugate, and the substrates 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate and nitro blue tetrazolium. This hybridization system is much superior to the radioactive probe hybridization, because it is safe, easy to handle and has no limitation of decay time. The time required for colormetic detection is also much less than the corresponding autoradiographic exposure time needed to achieve similar detection limits with 32P-labelled probes. The Dig-probes could be used repeatedly, and this made them not only much convenient to use, but also lower the cost, and worthwhile to be used popularly.

将PCR产物进行重组，并将阳性重组质粒，应用M13测序系统对产物进行DNA序列分析，并与MPM-129株P1基因核苷酸进行同源性比较，发现有4个位置的碱基发生了变化，其同源性为98.8％，证实了PCR所扩增DNA片段的准确性和特异性，同时也证实了不同MP组型的P1基因即使在保守区也存在着一定的差异，将克隆的目的DNA片段用异羟基洋地黄毒苷配基用随机引物法标记制备MP DNA探针，杂交后用碱性磷酸酶标记的抗Dig多克隆抗体与杂交体反应，再用BCIP和NBT呈色，制备MP DNA探针，鉴定所扩增片段的特异性，与同位素探针比较，Dig探针不受半衰期限制，可反复使用，而且价格低廉，值得推广使用。

In the three systems, system realizes the crosslinking of PVC bases on the peroxide crosslinking mechanism, the tensile strength of crosslinked PVC has been improved somewhat, the IR spectrum of gel demonstrates that there are characteristic absorption peaks of n-alcohol that belongs to ethanol amine and benzenoid group. From the analysis of gel structure , deduces that the mechanism of crosslinking reaction: under the initiations of peroxide and high temperature, PVC yields macromolecules free radicals, at the same time , styrene"s polymerization and grafting onto PVC takes place, at last the system forms crosslinking structure through coupling between radicals; confirms that triethanol amine can absorb HC1 produced by degradation of PVC, so improves the crosslinking efficiency of peroxide, decreases the HCl"s promotion for PVC"s degradation; deduces that triethanol amine can activate the PVC macromolecules and prolong the free radicals" life-time of PVC macromolecules; the effect to the PVC macromolecule makes styrenes graft reaction easy, and thus improves the crosslinking efficiency.

三种体系中三乙醇胺/过氧化二异丙苯/苯乙烯体系基于过氧化物交联机理实现了聚氯乙烯的交联，聚氯乙烯交联后拉伸强度有一定提高，凝胶红外光谱分析证实了凝胶结构中含有乙醇胺的伯醇基团特征吸收和苯环的特征吸收，由凝胶结构分析，推断出交联反应的机理：聚氯乙烯在过氧化物和热作用下产生大分子自由基，苯乙烯在过氧化物和大分子自由基的作用下发生聚合和接枝反应，最终通过自由基之间的偶合产生交联；证实三乙醇胺可以吸收聚氯乙烯分解产生的HCl，提高了过氧化物的交联效率，消弱了HCl对聚氯乙烯降解的促进作用；推断三乙醇胺可以活化聚氯乙烯大分子并有可能使聚氯乙烯大分子自由基存在的时间得以延长，对聚氯乙烯大分子的作用使苯乙烯的接枝反应易于发生，从而提高了交联效率。

The main achievements of the project are as follows: 1 the hypothesis that a decrease in seed mass causes an increase in mean dispersal distance has been tested based on the experiments of weed dispersal by wind. The experimental results partly support the hypothesis. The results will help farmers to make an optimal strategy of weed control; 2 a statistic method for inferring probabilistic distribution function of a random variable has been developed, by which probabilistic distribution functions of weed species dispersal have been determined; 3 the reproduction structure of Bromus sterilis has been studied; 4 a more complex CA model with 25 neighborhood cells were built, which can simulate spread of a weed population. This work promotes developments in both theory and application of CA models; 5 the "mean law" in weed control has been proposed. Accordingly, the algorism of patch spring may be calibrated; 6 the "patch" and "true patch" have been mathematically defined so that herbicide can be efficiently applied; 7 simulation validates that initial configurations of weed will affect dispersal of its population and strategies of controlling it, or its distribution patterns affect its dispersal progresses.

主要完成的工作和取得的成果有：1）用实验证实了重量较轻的杂草种子并不一定飞得比较重的远，其结果有助于农民制订杂草的优化控制策略；2）发展了一种推断随机变量分布函数的统计方法并用它来获得了几个杂草种的扩散分布函数；3）对杂草Bromus sterilis的繁殖结构进行了研究；4）建立了一个具有25邻的较复杂的能模拟杂草扩散的CA模型，并在理论和应用方面促进了CA模型的发展；5）在杂草控制方面提出了&平均法则&，据此可对按块施药方法进行校正；6）精确地定义了&块&和&真块&以便在杂草控制中能更有效地使用除草剂；7）模拟证实杂草种群的初始配置影响其扩散和控制策略，或者格局影响过程。

Conclusions— Our results provide the first evidence that CathA acts in vivo as an endothelin-1–inactivating enzyme and strongly confirm a crucial role of this enzyme in effective elastic fiber formation.

结论——我们首次证实CathA在体内发挥了内皮素-1–灭活酶的作用，并证实其在有效弹性纤维形成中有重要作用。

Results (1)Of 104 patients with trigeminal neuralgia,75 patients had neurovascular compression or contact of the cisternal portion of the trigeminal nerve at MR imaging and 69 patients were verified by operation;14 patients had C-P angle tumors,13 cases were diagnosed by MRI and the remaining one was verified by the operation and pathology;5 patients had vascular lesions at MR imaging which were verified by microvascular decompression.

结果 (1)104例三叉神经痛患者中MRI诊断为血管压迫或接触的为75例，术中证实有血管压迫或接触的为69例；桥小脑角肿瘤共14例，MRI确诊13例，另1例由手术确诊；血管性病变的为5例，均由微血管减压术或手术病理证实；(2)三叉神经痛病因中血管压迫或接触、肿瘤性病变及血管性病变所占比例分别为66.3%(69/104)、13.5%(14/104)和4.8%(5/104)；(3)根据手术结果，MRI对三叉神经痛患者诊断的敏感性为89.4%，特异性为96.6%。
