The maximum titer of this preparation reached 15log2 by hemagglutination inhibition assay.It was confirmed through passive immunization of IgY that healthy nonimmunized rabbits whose weight varied during 2Kg and 2.5Kg were intramuscularinjected with IgY 5.0ml (HI=13log2),they could resist the attact of 1.0ml（HA=9log2） RHDV-RC.

通过IgY的被动免疫保护试验证实，IgY滴度稀释至13log2时肌肉注射体重2Kg-2.5Kg的健康非免家兔5.0ml/只，可抵抗兔病毒性出血症强毒RC株1.0ml(血凝价HA为9log2)的攻击。

Aailable eidence-based blood conseration techniques include (1) drugs that increase preoperatie blood olume or decrease postoperatie bleeding,(2) deices that consere blood (eg, intraoperatie blood salage and blood sparing interentions),(3) interentions that protect the patient's own blood from the stress of operation (eg, autologous predonation and normoolemic hemodilution),(4) consensus, institution-specific blood transfusion algorithms supplemented with point-of-care testing, and most importantly,(5) a multimodality approach to blood conseration combining all of the aboe.

现有的有关血液保护的技术包括：（1）增加术前血容量的药物或减少术后出血的药物，（2）保全血液的设备（如术中血液回收利用和血液节约措施），（3）保护病人自身血液不受术中压力影响的措施（如自体输血和等容性血液稀释），（4）达成医疗机构特有的输血算法的共识，并附以点式医疗测试，5）最重要的是上述血液保护措施的综合应用。

Methods Modified Columbia chocolate agar was compared with blood agar staphy stick for the primary isolation of Hi from sputa. The sensitivities of 20 antibiotics to Hi were determined in vitro by KB method and MICs of 12 antibiotics were determined by broth microdilution method. The clinical characteristics of 92 cases with lower respiratory tract infection by Hi were analyzed.

Methods 38 cases with 53 hips of ANFH treated with the method of thrombolysis and opening catheterizing and perfusing medial and lateral circumflex arteries.Those drugs are Urokinase 200 thousand Units,Danshen Root 20 ml and Ligustrazine 20 mg. Retention catheter was held in the target vessels and infused the same drugs besides Heparin 4500u in 3 days. To evaluate therapeutic effect ,the DSA of the femoral artery and x-ray plain film and/or CT/MRI of the femoral head were performanced. Results All cases were followed up 1~16 (mean 9.5) months.

方法对38例ANFH患者的53髋先常规行股动脉DSA，后在股骨头的供血动脉旋股内、外侧动脉内灌注溶栓、扩血管药物，即在每支血管内注入稀释后的尿激酶 20万u、丹参10 ml及川芎嗪20 mg；术后保留导管于动脉内，经导管每日注入同剂量的药物及肝素钠4500 u，连用3天后拔管，治疗后复行股动脉DSA检查及行股骨头X线平片及/或CT、MR随访以评估疗效。

METHODS: Pharyngo nasoparyngeal swab specimen were collected from 220 healthy children in two kindergartens in Guangzhou city. The swab was spread on the blood disk, cultured at 35℃, 5% CO2 for 24 h and identified by Optochin paper. The minimal inhibitory concentration of penicillin was measured by the agar dilution method.
