The invention comprises sprinkler, water pipe, water valve, and pump with large flow or high-level water tank. Sprinklers are set on the water pipe evenly. In installing said sprinklers are located above the spray nozzle of surface evaporative air cooler.

Result The experimental results showed that ultrasonic extraction time was 30 min, temperature was 40℃, acetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase and the column temperature was 30℃, the drift tube temperature of ELSD was 80℃ and the air flow rate was 2.00 L/min.

结果］最终确定超声萃取，其中，提取时间30 min，提取温度40℃，以乙腈－水为流动相，柱温30℃，蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度80℃，载气流速2.00 L/min。

C18 chromatographic column served as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was methanol flowing at the rate of 1 mLmin^(-1) with the column temperature 25℃. The nitrogen gas flow rate of the ELSD was 2 Lmin^(-1) with the temperature of the drift tube 85℃.
