Methods Since Nov 2005,we have assayed 30 couples of sample,that to those patients whom needs X-ray check for their styloid process, taken photos styloid process by used classical Lat viewand by used Orthopantomograph,then study it according to those images.

The main results were showed as follows:Through screen and identification of morphology in M_2 and M_3, respectively, the mutants with mutative traits of plant were found. In which, 11 mutations were leaf variations, including light-green leaf, deep-green leaf, durative yellowish leaf, temporary yellowish leaf, inlaid yellowish leaf, wrinkly leaf, smooth-edged curly leaf, splitting-shaped curly leaf, peduncular-shaped leaf, round leaf and larger leaf, 12 were mutations on plant type, including excessive branches, lacking branches, highness, dwarf-like, erect posture, reclinate posture, strong stalk, slender stalk, tufty branches, wrinkled plant, purple stalk and hair-covered plant, 14 were flower variations, including dense flowers, light-yellow petals, white petals, white-mosaic petals, wrinkled petales, back-rolled petals, narrow petals, larger petals, smaller petals, apetalous flowers, variable-numbered petals, fertile pistil protraction, sterile pistil protraction and multi-anther, and 5 were physiologic mutants, including genic male sterile, cytoplasmic male sterile, bud-dead, and early and later bloom.

主要结果如下：通过田间M_2筛选和M_3重复鉴定，在田间农艺性状方面共获得浅绿叶色、深绿叶色、转绿黄化叶、持续黄化叶、边缘黄化叶、皱缩叶、光叶型卷叶、裂叶型卷叶、薹叶形叶、宽圆叶和大叶等11种不同的叶部性状突变体；同时还筛选到多分枝、少分枝、高杆、矮杆、株型紧凑、株型松散、粗茎、细茎、丛生分枝、整株皱缩、紫茎、整株被毛等12种植株性状突变体，密花、浅色花瓣、白色花瓣、白斑花瓣、皱瓣、卷瓣、窄瓣、大瓣、小瓣、无瓣、花瓣数目不定、可育型柱头外露、不育型柱头外露和多雄蕊等14种花器性状突变体，以及细胞核雄性不育、细胞质雄性不育、死蕾、早花和迟花等5种生理性状突变体。

The results showed that:Under NaCl stress,the reductions in the shoot and root dry weight, leaf area,stem diameter of grafted plant were lower than those of ungrafted plants.The Na~+ content,Na~+/K~+ ratio,Na~+/Ca~(2+) ratio in the leaf and scion stem of grafted plants were lower whereas those of in the rootstock stem ad root were higher than in ungrafted plants. The K~+ contents,soluble sugar contents,shoot water contents,SOD,POD,CAT,APX activity,the stability of AsA/DHA,Photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were higher,whereas the MDA contents in the leaf of grafted plants were lower than that in ungrafted plants.The reductions in leaf area and stem diameter of grafted \'Jinchun No.2\' plants were more severe than those of grafted \'Zaoduojia\' ones.

结果表明，盐胁迫下，嫁接苗地上部和根干重、叶面积、茎粗降低的程度显著低于自根苗；嫁接苗叶片和接穗茎中Na~+含量和Na~+/K~+、Na~+/Ca~(2+)比值显著低于自根苗，而砧木茎和根中的Na~+含量和Na~+/K~+、Na~+/Ca~(2+)比值显著高于自根苗；嫁接苗叶片中K~+含量、可溶性糖含量、地上部含水量、SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性、AsA/DHA的稳定性、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度显著高于自根苗，MDA含量显著低于自根苗。

For assisting identification of crude drug Herba Dendrobii. Methods Morphological and histological studies were carried out on 11 medicinal plant roots in Dendrobium Sw. by microstructural observation. The 11 species were divided into three groups according to their stem morphology: a pair fleshy-stem group, including D. chrysanthum, D. crepidatum, D. primulinum, D. hercoglossum, and D. crystallium; b thick-and rigid-stem group, including D. fimbriatum and D. aurantiacum var. denneanum; c node-or inter- node- bulgy-stem group, including D. findlayanum, D. gratiosissimum, D. pendulum, and D. wardianum. The surface descriptions of velamen were conducted for D. fimbriatum and D. aurantiacum var. denneanum which are similar in characters of cross section.

方法利用形态组织学方法，对茎多肉质的束花石斛Dendrobium chrysanthum及其易混的玫瑰石斛D.crepidatum、报春石斛D.primulinum、重唇石斛D.hercoglossum、晶帽石斛D.crystallium；茎粗硬的流苏石斛D.fimbriatum及其易混的叠鞘石斛D.aurantiacumvar.denneanum；茎节或节间肿胀的棒节石斛D.findlayanum、杯鞘石斛D.gratiosissimum、肿节石斛D.pendulum和大苞鞘石斛D.wardianum共11种药用石斛根进行显微结构研究；对根横切面结构相似的流苏石斛和叠鞘石斛，配合进行了根被表面制片观察。

The results showed that: Under salt stress, it was found the content of Na(superscript +), Cl(superscript -), SO(superscript 2- subscript 4) and Na(superscript +)/K(superscript +) ratio in almond rootstocks organs all went up with increased salt stress and longer treatment days, K(superscript +) content changed irregularly. But K(superscript +) content in every organ of A. commans persicoides rootstocks was higher than that of other two almond rootstocks; the ratio of Na(superscript +)/K(superscript +) in Amygdalus communis L. was higher than that of other two rootstocks.

研究结果表明，盐胁迫下，3种砧木根、茎、叶中Na，Cl，SO(上标 2-下标 4)含量及Na/K比均随盐浓度的增加和处理时间的延长而增加，K含量变化规律不稳定，但桃扁桃根、茎和叶片中K略高于其他两个品种；石头扁桃根、茎、叶片中Na/K比值高于其它两个品种，桃扁桃中Na/K比值最低。
