Results (1) In the controls and the dilated intestine segment of the HD,CAD-positive ganglionic cells were observed in myenteric and submucosal plexus.

结果 （1）在正常对照组与HD扩张段组肠壁肌间和黏膜下层可见CAD只对神经丛中神经节细胞阳性表达，对神经纤维与神经胶质细胞均不表达。S-100染色与CAD染色相反，神经纤维与神经胶质细胞均阳性表达，神经节细胞阴性表达，表现为阳性神经丛中细胞状&空白区&。

At histopathologic analysis, neuronal tumors are usually classified as pure neuronal cell tumors (gangliocytoma, Lhermitte-Duclos disease , central neurocytoma) and mixed neuronal-glial tumors (ganglioglioma, desmoplastic infantile ganglioglioma, dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor, ganglioneuroma).

根据组织病理学的分析，神经元肿瘤通常被分为：单纯的神经元细胞肿瘤（神经节细胞瘤，Lhermitte-Duclos 病〔发育不良性小脑神经节细胞〕瘤），中枢神经细胞瘤）和混合性的神经元-胶质肿瘤（神经节神经胶质瘤，成结缔组织性婴儿节细胞胶质瘤，胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤，神经节瘤）。

Background: Peripheral nerve injury is common and serious in clinically. According to the nerve regeneration theory of nerve tropism, neural regeneration room became hot spot for treating nerve injury.Then keep distance between the proximal and distal severed stumps with different conduits and others substance which can promote nerve regeneration ,the room can provid a favourable environment for nerve regeneration. a series of empirical study indicated immunosuppressant FK506 can promote nerve regeneration, chitosan is polysaccharose natural biomaterial , Chitosan is prepared by the N-deacetylation of chitin.

背景：周围神经损伤在临床上比较常见，根据神经趋向性再生理论，神经再生室成为神经损伤治疗研究的热点，即在神经断端之间留出一定的间隙，并套以不同材料的鞘管及其它促进神经再生的物质，为周围神经再生创造良好的再生环境，一系列实验研究表明免疫抑制剂FK506有促进神经再生的作用。

But our study suggested that the innervation of knee joint had two layer groups : the superficial layer group and the profunda layer group.

浅层为皮神经，部分干较粗，容易形成皮神经瘤；深层可以分为伸膝肌支膝关节支组成的髌上区组，隐神经分支组成的内侧及髌下区组，腓总神经关节支组成的后外侧区组，月国丛神经组成的月国区组4组。4组神经在关节囊外分布有重叠交叉，但区域明确。

Methods There were 12 cases, 10 of them were corpse specimens, the other 2 were clinic cases. Firstly we dissociate the contralateral C7 root from the intervertebral foramen to its divisions, secondly we set up a tunnel between the cone and the anterior scalenus, thirdly we moved the C7 root to the gap between the thyroid and the opposite carotid theca through the mentioned tunnel, then we dissociate the injured brachial plexus extensively, lastly we anastomose the contralateral C7 and the injured inferior trunk.

尸解10例，临床应用2例，将健侧颈7神经近端游离至神经根孔，远端游离至前后股处，于前斜角肌后椎体前建立通道，将健侧颈7神经引导至患侧颈血管鞘和甲状腺间隙处，然后患侧行下干、内侧束、尺神经、及正中神经内侧头广泛游离，患侧屈肘屈肩关节后，将健侧颈7神经直接与患侧下干无张力下吻合。

Results Followed-up for 25~37 months (average 27.5 months), the fisrt signs of reinnerveation of suprascapular nerve appeared at 5~12 months,average 9.94±3.26 months,that of axillary nerve appeared at 9~15months, average12.60±3.08 months;The results in patients with suprascapular nerve as recipient(upper partial 57.08±21.16°, total 40.71±14.27°) were significantly better than that in patients with axillary nerve as recipient(upper partial 31.25±20.97°, total 18.75±7.50°). And the muscular function in upper, middle and lower portions of trapezius are affected due to nerve transfer.

结果 随访25~37个月(平均27.5个月)，来院随访18例；副神经移位修复肩胛上神经术后功能恢复征象最早出现在5~12个月，平均9.94±3.26个月，修复腋神经最早出现在9~15个月，平均12.60±3.08个月；修复肩胛上神经肩外展恢复结果(上臂丛神经损伤57.08±21.16°，全臂丛损伤40.71±14.27°)优于修复腋神经的恢复结果(上臂丛神经损伤31.25±20.97°，全臂丛损伤18.75±7.50°)，P.05；副神经移位后斜方肌各部功能丧失明显。

Toluidine blue staining procedure showed that the neural complex consisted of cerebral ganglion, neural gland and loose connective tissue; the cerebral ganglion was divided into three parts as cerebral cortex, medullary layer and transitional zone; the neural gland was composed of glandular lobules, closely apposing at ventral side of the cerebral ganglion; the neurons and nerve fibers were colored deeply, making a distinct contrast with the background, while neither the neurons nor the nerve fibers were distinctly colored by Golgi-argentraffin staining procedure.

甲苯胺蓝染色法显示，神经复合体由神经节、神经腺和疏松结缔组织组成；神经节分为皮质部、髓质部和过渡带；神经腺位于神经节背侧面，由腺小叶组成；神经细胞呈深蓝色，神经纤维呈浅蓝色，与背景反差较大。Golgi镀银法显示的结果不理想，神经细胞和神经纤维着色不明显。

I have therefore generated several p130cas RNA interference transgenic lines to determine the possible function of p130cas during neurogenesis. Knockdown of p130cas expression in developing neurons resulted in partial fusion in the commissures axon fascicles of CNS, photoreceptor axon targeting and guidance defects, and bulged synapse boutons at the neuromuscular junction. Moreover, reduced expression of p130cas in sensory organ precursor cells and proneural clusters resulted in bristle development defects.

为了了解p130cas的功能以及更进一步的分析p130cas在神经发育过程所扮演的角色，我建立一系列可以执行RNA干扰技术的转殖果蝇，结果显示在果蝇的神经中降低p130cas的表现会造成腹部神经索中原来排列整齐的commissure axons神经束偶尔会出现不正常的融合；若将p130cas专一地在果蝇眼睛中降低则会造成果蝇视神经突触目标辨识与突触导向的缺陷；而如果局部的运动神经系统中降低p130cas的表现会造成在神经肌肉接点的神经突触有澎大的现象；此外在果蝇的感觉器官前细胞以及原神经细胞丛，降低p130cas的表现则会导致刚毛发育的缺陷。
