Abstract］ objective to investigate the dorsal nerve amputation of the operation and effectiveness.methods in 2005～2008 years,the use of nerve to cut off the back of the penis for the treatment of patients with primary premature ejaculation of 218 cases,the combination of domestic and foreign information and the patients were reviewed.results with clear,defined diagnosis by indications operation,167 cases had significant effect,36 cases had a turn for the better,efficient rate was 93.12%,15 cases were ineffective,87% partner were satisfied.conclusion the dorsal neurectomy in the clinical practice of the view that the treatment of primary premature ejaculation is safe and effective,the effective rate was 93.12 percent,in the primary treatment of premature ejaculation is effective.

目的 探讨阴茎背神经切断术的手术方法和效果。方法选取我院2005～2008年，采用阴茎背神经切断术治疗原发性早泄病例218例，结合国内外资料及本组病例进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例诊断明确，有确定的手术指征，术后1个月开始过性生活，疗效显著167例，好转36例，有效率93.12%，无效15例，性伴侣满意度87%。结论阴茎背神经切断术经临床实践认为，治疗原发性早泄安全有效，是治疗原发性早泄的有效方法。

Methods 18 cases with traumatic dislocation of the peroneal tendons were operated in our institute from 1986 to 2000. The mechanism of injury and clinical findings were investigated. 2 cases with acute dislocation were operated by suturing the peroneal retinaculum directly. 16 cases with recurrent dislocation were treated with Watson - Jones operation.

分析研究了1986 年至2000 年在我所进行手术治疗的18 例创伤性腓骨肌腱脱位病例的损伤机制及临床表现。2 例急性脱位病例采用直接缝合腓骨肌腱上支持带手术，16 例复发性脱位病例采用Watson - Jones 手术。

The study needs enterovirus infections data in Taiwan from 1999 to 2005. The sources of data include the sentinel surveillance system, the Notifiable disease reporting system and the contract lab data. Statistical methods used for the analysis of seasonal variation include graphics, chi-square test for goodness of fit, method of decomposition and circular distribution.

使用之研究材料为1999年至2005年台湾肠病毒的监测资料，包括定点医师於每周报告之手足口病与疹性咽峡炎病例、法定传染病中应报告的肠病毒感染并发重症确定病例与病毒性感染症合约实验室之肠病毒感染检验阳性病例，分别应用绘图、卡方适合度检定、分解法与圆形分布法进行分析。

Results There were 1230 and 1038 cases in 2004 and 2005 respectively. The cases under 15 years old accounted for 96.58%(1188/1230) and 97.69%(1014/1038) respectively. The ratio of male to female was 1.58∶1 and 1.57∶1, respectively.

结果 2004、2005年分别报告乙脑病例1230和1038例，15岁以下病例分别占总病例数的96.58%(1188/1230)和97.69%(1014/1038)，男性与女性病例之比分别是1.58∶1和1.57∶1；发病主要集中在7-8月，分别占78.21%(962/1230)和79.09%(821/1038)。

Measles cases mainly were found from March to Jun. Cases mainly were children under 15 years old, accounting for 83.40%. 52.81% of the cases were immunized and 19.56% without immunity.

病例分布广泛，3~6月为麻疹高发季节。2000~2006年＜15岁儿童麻疹病例构成比为83.40%， 19.56%的病例未接种过麻疹疫苗，有≥1次免疫史者占52.81%。

For this uncommon disorder, there have been a few reported series with small numbers of patients, and the prognosis and treatment remain uninvestigated. The authors reviewed all nerve biopsies performed over 20 years to identify cases with definite, probable, or possible vasculitis, and they selected 48 patients (30 women and 18 men) meeting clinical criteria for NSVN at presentation. Median follow-up was 63 months.
