浮萍

With locally preponderant duckweed after selection and alternanthera philoxeroides cultivated in single species and accrete system, performance on removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus in municipal wastewater and diluted anaerobically pretreated wastewater from a cattle farm were investigated.

以经筛选得到的本地优势浮萍和水花生为研究对象，通过设置浮萍、水花生单种和浮萍－水花生混养等三种体系，考察了其对生活污水和稀释的牛场厌氧废水N、P的净化效果。

To check the abilities of Zn uptake and accumulation of duckweed (Lemna minor Linn.), experiments of growth, Zn accumulation and SOD activitial response to Zn in plant duckweed were performed with fresh plant in vivo. The results showed that growth of duckweed was affected by 5 mg/L Zn treatmenat in solution, indicating better resistance to Zn.

为探询浮萍对水体Zn的吸收富集能力，为水体Zn污染的植物修复提供依据，采用水培方法对浮萍的Zn的吸收富集特性及生物量、抗性进行分析，同时也对Zn处理条件下，浮萍体内SOD酶活性变化进行了测定。

Under lab condition.［Result］ TN and TP concn. in the sewage were decreased constantly with the increase of duckweed treating time in 0-10 d. The purification ability of Spirodela Schleid on TN and TP was higher than that of Lemna L. The maximal removal rates of duckweed on TN and TP in sewage diluted at 5 times were 71.14% and 81.00% resp. and that in the sewage diluted 10 times were 92.18% and 91.33% resp.

结果］ 污水TN和TP浓度随浮萍处理时间（0～10 d）增加而持续降低；紫萍属浮萍对TN和TP的净化能力优于浮萍属浮萍；浮萍对稀释5倍的供试污水TN和TP的最大去除率分别为71.14%和81.00%；浮萍对稀释10倍的供试污水TN和TP的最大去除率分别为92.18%和91.33%。

By imitating different concentration of Cd2+ Cu2+ Cr3+ Cr6+and Zn2+polluted water environment,we mainly studied their toxic effects on aquatic piants by means of measurement of physiologicai indexes and electron microscopy observation as well as the relieving to Cu2+ injury of antioxidase enzyme system in Lemna minor L. and Vallisneria asiatica Miki in this paper by throwing Ce.the experimental results showed that Cd2+ Cu2+ Cr3+ Cr6+ and Zn2+ might injure photosynthetic systems, protective enzyme system, substance metabolism systems and cell ultrastructure of the plant.

本文通过模拟不同浓度梯度的重金属Cd~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Cr~(3+)、Cr~(6+)和Zn~(2+)污染环境，利用生理生化测定、扫描电镜、透射电镜、气相色谱及激光共聚焦等实验手段，研究了四种金属离子对不同生态型的水生植物的毒害影响，初步探索了Ce对浮萍Cu害的缓解效应和La、Zn及其交互作用对浮萍活性氧清除系统影响。

Conclusion］ Spirodela Schleid could be taken as the optimized duckweed variety that was suitable to purify N and P effectively in organic sewage in Yangtze River delta region.

结论］ 紫萍属浮萍可作为适合长江三角洲地区的高效净化氮磷有机污水的浮萍优化品种。

Method］ With 3 kinds of representative local duckweed varieties selected from the each sample place in Yangzhou City and Kunshan City resp. as the tested materials and the anaerobic wastewater diluted at 5 times and 10 times from the cattle Farm as the tested sewage,10 groups of purification treatments matching with 5 different duckweeds on 2 concn. of sewage were set up to investigate the effect of different duckweed variety on the purification effect of N and P in sewage with different concn.

方法］ 从扬州市和昆山市各采样点选取的当地3种有代表性的浮萍品种为供试材料，以经稀释5倍、10倍的牛场厌氧废水为供试污水，设置5种不同浮萍对2种不同浓度污水的10组净化处理，在实验室条件下考察了不同浮萍品种对不同浓度污水氮和磷的净化效果。

SOD activity was at peak in 5 mg/L Zn treatmenat, indicating greater ability to eliminate ROS caused by excessive Zn. Zn contents in roots and thalluses of duckweed in vivo increased significantly with increase of Zn concentration in solution at 0-5 mg/L Zn. When Zn concentration was higher than 5 mg/L, Zn accumulation in duckweed was no more increased significantly. And, the plant was damaged by excessive Zn.

结果表明：在Zn浓度为5 mg/L时，浮萍生物量并没有受到明显的影响，表现出较强的抗性；SOD酶活性也最高，表明清除氧自由基的能力也较强；Zn的积累随处理浓度增加而增加，在5 mg/L Zn处理时，也基本达到饱和，超过该浓度，吸收量则无明显的变化，同时浮萍也明显受到伤害。
