To study the imaging characteristics of the arteriography of liver in white rat walker-256 hepatocellular carcinoma model,the white rat walker-256 sarcocarcinoma model with tunnel implantation was built.The hepatic artery intubations were successfully carried out with self-control conductor.

为探讨大鼠Walker－256肝癌模型肝动脉造影的影像学特征，采用隧道植入法建立大鼠肝脏Walker－256癌肉瘤模型，用自制导管进行肝动脉插管，研究模型肿瘤的病理及肝动脉造影的DSA影像学特征。

The symptoms of lachrymation were improved.

鼻泪管支架植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎是一种新型的、简便、安全、有效的方法。

（1） In common cavity malformation, in addition to the abnormal bony labyrinth such as the cochlea, vestibule and lateral semicircular canal, the inner ear perceptive organ such as the saccule, utricle and scala media were also abnormal.（2） Though we could not identify the basal membrane and sensory epithelia under micro-endoscopy, the utricle and saccule could be clearly identified.（3） During cochlear implantation in common cavity malformation, electrode insertion should be monitored under micro-endoscopy, the electrodes should be put close to the anterior wall of the cavity, otherwise the vestibular organ may be damaged.

（1）共同腔畸形极重度聋患者不仅前庭、外半规管和耳蜗的骨性结构形态发生了变化，而且腔内耳蜗中阶与前庭的球囊、椭圆囊的膜迷路结构形态也发生了变化；（2）微窥镜下分辨不出基底膜或听神经细胞的形态结构，可见畸形前庭的球囊、椭圆囊的囊性结构；（3）进行共同腔畸形人工耳蜗植入手术时，应在耳蜗内镜的监视下，将电极摆放到准确位置，尽可能贴近共同腔的前壁，不应损伤前庭器官。

Objective To decrease and prevent vagus reflex during decannulation after coronary stenting.

目的 减少或避免冠状动脉支架植入术后拔管过程中的迷走神经反射。

Results Eight cases all cured, thereinto, one stitches removed, one ureter membrane repaired, by cystoscopic reversing ureter, two diversion by embedding D-J pipe, one ureter anastomosed, one kidney cutted, two bladder repaired.

结果 8例均治愈，其中拆除缝线1例，行输尿管浆肌层修补1例，经膀胱镜逆行输尿管植入D-J管引流2例，输尿管端端吻合1例，肾切除1例，膀胱修补2例。
