改善法

The method of warming heart-yang to strengthen the heart can improve the clinical symptoms of CHD patients and the myocardial ischemia. It also can reduce blood lipid、increase the glonoin reducing rate and patients life quality. Furthermore, reducing the CHD recur and decreasing the hospitalized times for CHD.

温阳益心法能够改善冠心病患者临床症状、改善心肌缺血，降低血脂，提高硝酸甘油减停率，提高患者生存质量，且减少冠心病复发，降低患者因冠心病再入院次数。

In this work, hempseed protein isolate were prepared from defatted hempseed and its physicochemical property, functionality, and nutritional property were comprehensively studied.

本课题以脱壳汉麻籽为对象，研究了汉麻籽分离蛋白(hempseed protein isolate，简称HPI)的制备工艺、营养特性和功能特性，通过有限酶法修饰改善其功能特性，并将其应用到焙烤制品中提高面粉的营养价值、改善面团特性和面包的感官品质。

The reconstruction problem is ill-posed, so two optimal criterions, the least module and the smoothness criterion base on Tikhonov regularization technique, are introduced into reconstruction algorithm. Many regularization parameters choice strategies are investigated, and the TPA(Two—Parameter Algorithm) strategy which is based on the Morozov discrepancy principles, is implemented in two regularization reconstruction algorithms.Numerical experiment results show that the nonnegative and smoothness constraint condition can overcome the difficulty of iteration semiconvergent, preconditioned technique can improve convergence rate and reconstruction accuracy, smoothness regularization criterion can meliorate ill-posed problem of reconstruction and enhance iteration stability, and the TPA is an effective strategy of regularization parameters choice.

数值试验表明：在共轭梯度法中引入非负约束和光滑约束改善了迭代的"半收敛"性，非负约束保证了解的非负性，光滑约束抑制了重建解的振荡现象，约束算法的重建精度与无约束算法相比大幅度提高；在约束共轭梯度重建算法中引入预优技术，可以加快算法的收敛速度，提高迭代的稳定性和重建精度；引入光滑准则的正则化技术可以有效改善图像重建问题的不适定性，加快迭代的收敛速度，提高迭代的稳定性和图像重建质量，计算正则参数的TPA算法在闪光照相图像重建中是有效的。

MnO2-CaF2混合矿化剂能改善硅微粉析晶结构，增加磷石英的含量，从而改善窑具的高温性能，延长使用寿命；采用XRD法测定析晶结构，并测定窑具的抗折强度、抗折强度保持率、气孔率、吸水率等各项性能指标，综合分析得出MnO2-CaF2混合矿化剂的最佳加入量为2%。

On the base of the brief description of the drive and control system of micro-fluid and the experimental setting of the technology of micro-injection, a novel process of the hydrophobe treating used to mend the characteristic of the inner and outer surface on micro-pipette is designed, which can improve greatly the injected effect and eliminate the disadvantage such as seepage or regurgitation during injection. The author puts forward the way of measuring the inside diameter of the micropipette. The program of measuring micro injection amount is designed. The original data of the micro injection experiment are explained and interpreted at last in the thesis.

在简要描述微流体驱动控制系统和微注射技术实验条件的基础上，设计了改善微针内外表面特性的疏水化处理工艺，消除了微喷射过程中的渗流、回流现象，改善了微注射过程中的流动特性，提高了微注射效果，得到了数字化微喷射的实验结果；提出了精确测量微针内径的折射率法；设计了纳升级以下的微液滴量的检测方案；最后，论文对微注射技术实验中的原始数据进行了分析。

Our experiment aim at use the acupuncture method"Wang's Jiaji points"which created by the famous doctor Leting wang from Beijing hospital of TCM at the early days of the stroke patients to prevent and treat hypermyotonia,prevent muscle spasm or lessen the spasm level,to improve the stroke patient's ADL.that study is a prospective , randomized, double-blind,parallel-group,use the random digits table method,and compared with the"twelve points of hands and feet",which used frequently at acupuncture department of Beijing hospital of TCM.we use the NIHSS scale, improved Ashworth scale,domestic Fugl-Meyer scale, castigatory MBI scale to score the patients'muscular tension and motor function improvement condition.

本试验旨在在中风病人患病早期应用北京中医院名老中医王乐亭先生的&王氏夹脊穴&预防性治疗肌张力增高，防止肌痉挛的出现或减轻其痉挛程度，以改善中风患者的生活质量。在试验设计方面以北京中医院针灸科目前治疗中风应用较多的&手足十二针&为对照治疗方法采用随机、单盲、平行对照设计。并应用NIHSS、改良的Ashworth量表、国内简化的Fugl-Meyer运动评分法、修订的巴氏指数评分方法对患者治疗前后进行评分以了解患者肌张力增高情况及运动功能改善情况。

本课题经过研究发现经硅藻土改性后，沥青的针入度降低，最低达到70（0.01cm），软化点升高，最高为50.06℃，沥青混合料的残留稳定度及动稳定度有所提高，说明沥青路面的高温稳定性，水稳定性，抗老化能力等使用性能都得到改善；用水煮法对沥青混合料进行了粘附性进行测试表明，粘附性从3或4提高到4或5；硅改沥青的当量软化点，针入度指数等高温性能的研究发现，硅改沥青的高温性能有所改善；对粘弹指标的研究表明改性沥青的流动性变小；对抗水损害能力的研究表明，抗水损害能力有所提高。
