After inducing 1%～16% of the aniseikonia, there is no significant difference between double-screen ATBC and theoretical results. It illustrates that ATBC can reflect the ratio of the image size of the subjects'eyes successfully and it can be applied to clinical examinations as well as experimental studies.

人工诱导屈光参差后，双屏显示计算机不等像检查结果和理论计算值的差异无显著性，两者有很好的相关性，说明该检查能够准确的反映被检者双眼影像的大小，可以用于临床检查及实验研究。

Results In the 121 patients, 47 patients(39%) were accommodative failure, 66 patients(55%) were lag of accommodation checking with FCC, 53 patients (43.8%) were uncorrected presbyopia, 65 patients (53.7%) were break up time of tear film＜10s, 87 patients (71.8%) couldn't been corrected the refraction errors or the correction of refractive errors was unsatisfied, 24 patients(19.8%) were esophoria, 17 patients (14%) were exophoria, 8 patients (7%) were anisometropia.

Objective To analyze the accommodative parameters between anisometropes and emmetrope and to see if the accommodation parameters are the risk factor for myope progression.

The high myope eye had the higher accommodation lag. The myope may need higher accommodation stimulus to reach the demand.

屈光参差者的高度数眼表现出更多的主觉调节滞后量，近视的发生与该眼有更大的调节调节滞后相关。

The esotropia was encountered when the onset of visual impairment occurred at birth or less than 1 year old of age. Exotropia predominated in more than 1 year old children and adults. DVD may also occur in association with sensory heterotropia, we should take DVD into account when planning the surgical treatment of horizontal strabismus.

屈光参差、视网膜病变、视神经损害、先天性白内障、外伤性白内障是导致知觉性斜视的主要病因；其中小于1岁与大于1岁者相比，发生内斜视的比例较大，1岁以后主要发生外斜视；知觉性斜视者可伴有DVD的存在，在水平斜视的手术中要考虑此问题。
