METHODS: 240 cases suffering CSA were selected and divided into groups according to anatomy angle of lesion parts (upper cervical segments, lower cervical segments, mixed type) and traction mode, angel (anteversion sitting position 1°-10°, 11°-20°, 21°-30° groups, posterior extension sitting position 1°-10°, 11°-20°, 21°-30° groups, neutral position sitting position group). Local massage served as control group.

选择椎动脉型颈椎病患者240例，根据解剖学角度按病变部位(上颈段病变、下颈段病变、混合型)和牵引方式、角度(坐位前倾分1°~10°、11°~20°、21°~30°组，坐位后伸1°~10°、11°~20°、21°~30°组，坐位中立位组)分组，以局部按摩为对照组。

Methods: 25 patients CBP treatment were divided into two groups: group of local citrate anticoagulation and low-dose heparin group.

25例CBP治疗的患者分为两组：局部枸橼酸抗凝组和小剂量肝素抗凝组。

Results: Rapid immunohistochemical staining by EPOS detected 2 cases of micrometastasis which reduce the false negative rate by 9.1%. Axillary draining time, rates of effusion and edema were reduced in experiment group. The function of involved limbs recoverd satisfactorily. There were no axillary recurrences and metastasis by short-term follow-up.

结果：EPOS法快速免疫组化使SLN假阴性率降了50%，简化组后腋窝引流时间、积液及患肢水肿发生率较标准组减少，患肢功能恢复良好，短期随访无腋窝局部复发及远处转移。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention in preclusion of post-urethroplasty urinary fis-tula of hypospadia.Methods 70urethroplasty cases were randomly divided into2groups,the urethral stents were douched with0.9%N.S in the cotrol group,and the integrated nursing interventionwas applied in the treatment group,the INI includerays the use of10ml0.9%N.S plus80000units gentamicin for douche,swabbing genitals with nitrofurazone solution and infrared rays exposure of genitals.

目的 采用护理干预手段预防尿道下裂术后尿瘘的发生方法选择尿道下裂带蒂皮瓣正位开口期尿道成形术患者70例随机分 2组：一组是常规用生理盐水冲洗尿道支架管方法；另一组是生理盐水10ml加庆霉素8万U冲洗新尿道支架管，呋喃西林溶液擦拭外阴部以及红外线伤口局部照射的护理干预方法综合护理，观察尿瘘的发生率。

RESULTS: The mild traction group showed angulus anterior individual neuron slightly engorged, neuron and nerve fiber morphous was normal essentially; individual substantia alba demyelinates in fragmentis; medullary sheath and auxiliary fibers of nerve root were hydropsia slightly without conspicuous myelinolysis. The moderate traction group demonstrated myelinolysis change in the spinal cord, and neurofibras lined up chaos, auxiliary fibers disaggregated, neuron dropsy, tigroid body disappeared with karyopycnosis and anachromasis in neurons; nerve root showed myelinolysis. The severe traction group displayed a great demyelination region; anterior motor neurons with karyopycnosis and anachromasis; myelinated nerve fiber of nerve root shrinked, decreased in number, with severe demyelination changes.

结果：轻度牵拉组牵拉侧前角个别神经元稍肿胀，神经元及神经纤维形态基本上正常，个别白质小片状脱髓鞘样改变，神经根髓鞘和轴索轻度水肿，脱髓鞘不明显；中度牵拉组白质有脱髓鞘改变，神经纤维排列紊乱，轴索崩解、断裂；灰质神经元水肿明显加重，前角运动神经原细胞尼氏体消失，核固缩、深染，神经根髓鞘和轴索水肿，局部轻度脱髓鞘改变；重度牵拉组牵拉侧白质为不规则的大片脱髓鞘区，前角运动神经元胞体固缩、变形、核深染，神经根有髓神经纤维萎缩、数目减少，重度脱髓鞘改变。

Methods:58 cases New-born hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were divided randomly to 30 cases treatment group with adding Thrombin and Ranitidine by endogastric infusion and 28 cases controls.

将新生儿上消化道出血58例随机分成治疗组和对照组，两组的原发病综合治疗相同，治疗组30例，胃内注入凝血酶及雷尼替丁作局部治疗。

Results: The lower ulcer index and increased ulcer inhibition rate were observed in OME and OME + TEP groups. In TEP and OME + TEP groups, restored mucosa thickness increased, cystically dilated glands decreased, microvessels in connective tissue increased, the secretion of mucus, hexosamine, PGE2, bFGF were enhanced, the expression of EGFR was increased.

After we had removed the granulation tissue over the ear durms, we had performed free ear canal skin autograft for 8 cases – group A, and we had performed temporalis fascia with free ear canal skin autograft for 4 cases (small perforation was made by accident during the surgery due to large granulated area,﹥50%)– group B, but we had covered silastic sheet over the denuded drum surface for the other 2 cases –group C.

14例肉芽性鼓膜炎为自民国71年至77年间的住院手术病人，皆在耳局部麻醉后，於显微镜下刮除鼓膜上所有肉芽组织，其中8例於刮除鼓膜上所有肉芽组织后有移植外耳道的皮肤－A组，另外4例则因鼓膜上肉芽组织范围大於50%以上，致手术中意外地造成鼓膜小穿孔，需立刻加铺颞肌膜后，再移植外耳道的皮肤－B组，其余2例则只在刮除鼓膜上的肉芽组织后，直接铺上一块矽胶片－C组。
