In this thesis, two cubic nano-silver substrates with different shapes are prepared and their SERS effects are measured. The substrate which is composed of disperse nano-silver congeries has a good SERS effect.

本文应用已有的水热还原法制备出立方纳米银胶，并应用不同的方法制备出两种不同形貌的立方纳米银基底，通过SERS效应的检测，确定了当基底由分散的立方纳米银聚集体组成时，其拉曼增强效果较好。

Results:In this series,12 were located in the basal ganglia,2 in the thalamus and 3 in both regions.The tumors rarely had associated edema.4 patients demonstrated cortical atrophy ipilaterally.Most of the turmors′enhancerment was hetergeneous.In axial section,the diametre ranged from 30 mm to 65 mm,46.43 mm on an average.

结果：17例中，12例位于基底节区，2例位于丘脑，3例同时累及丘脑和基底节区，横断面上最大径65mm，最小径30mm，平均46.43mm，16例增强不均匀，11例无瘤旁水肿，5例水肿较轻，4例出现同侧大脑半球萎缩。

RESULTS: The following changes were found under light microscopy in keratoconus:thin epithelium and stroma,local rupture or destruction in basement membranes and Bowman"s layer,basal cell swollen,stroma disarrangement,ruptures or folds in the Descemet"s membrane and thin endothelium layer.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it.
