Based on the analyzing system enterprise performance system in and abroad, the paper raises innovational achievement indexes and evolutional indexes of company performance as to the default of the electronic component manufacturing industry. The paper builds the hierachical clusteing method and bivariate correlations to choose the best evolutional indexes of company performance in order to avoid multicolinearity. The paper proposes the synthetic evaluating method principal component analysis with weighted variable by analytical process. Then, the paper applies the method to analyze the performance of 28 companies of electronic component manufacturing industry.

Many researchers have devoted their work to the development of modal analysis extraction techniques in order to obtain more reliable identification of the modal parameters. There are many damping identification methods, but each one has different merit and defect. In order to find which one is the most reliable method with respect to certain characteristics, this thesis focus on how to identify structure's damping in time domain. The following works have been done in this thesis: 1. Investigate four modal analysis methods——the LSCE Method, the Ibrahim Time Domain Method, the Time Domain Collectivity Modal Parameter Method, the Rational Fraction Polynomial Method and improve on the ITD Method in arithmetic.

From an overall consideration of the system, mixed with firewall, intrusion detection and other traditional technologies, IAITS combines redundancy, diversity and various fault tolerant techniques, thus enhancing reliability through active replication and secure multicast, reaching tradeoff between system complexity and intrusion tolerance ability by redundant design only in most vulnerable components, and supporting data protection on the basis of architecture with only a little extra cost in software and hardware by making use of topological coherence between application servers group and key share servers group.
