During 2006-2007, nematode surveys from the regions of Jiuquan, Dingxi to Tianshui of Gansu province in the rhizosphere of 56 species of flowers, such as tropaeolum, gladiolus, maidenhair, marigold, calliopsis, dahlia, were carried out in 9 flower bases of seed propagation, demonstration and production.

2006－2007年，对甘肃省酒泉、定西、天水等地9个花卉制种繁育、示范生产基地种植的旱金莲、唐菖蒲、孔雀草、万寿菊、波斯菊、大丽花等56种花卉根际线虫类群进行了研究。

During the cormels growth, the contents of sucrose, starch and cellulose, with positive correlations with LOX-1 activity, showed different increase in corm and cormels, which also suggested that sucrose, starch and cellulose played important roles in the formation and enlargement of gladiolus corms and cormels.

树状图及不同菌种之间的同源性比值：椰酵假单胞菌(P.cocovenenans subsp.farinofermentans)与唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌、椰毒伯克霍尔德氏菌的亲缘关系非常近，与其它菌种的亲缘关系相对较远，椰酵假单胞菌、唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌和椰毒伯克霍尔德氏菌可归属于一个独立的系统发育系。

The results showed that LOX-1 activity and endogenous MJ content in 'Rose Supreme' were higher than those in 'Advanced Red', with highest activties and contents in stolons, but not detected in leaves. It suggested that LOX-1 might regulate the development and growth of Gladiolus cormels through affecting the JAs biosynthesis cycles.

结果表明，唐菖蒲叶片中测不到LOX-1活性，匍匐茎中LOX-1活性和内源MJ含量最高，籽球数量较多的品种'Rose Supreme'LOX-1活性和MJ含量显著高于'Advanced Red'，说明LOX-1在唐菖蒲籽球形成和膨大过程中起着重要作用，其作用途径可能是通过影响茉莉酸类化合物的生物合成对籽球的发生和生长进行调控。
