唇裂

Objective: To study the reconstruction to the deformity after unilateral cleft lip operation, the deformity included excessive width of nostril, columella bias, excessive short of lip height and vermilion deficiency.

目的：探讨对鼻孔过宽、鼻小柱偏斜、患侧唇高度过短及红唇缺少的唇裂术后畸形的修整。

结果：7例患者上唇过紧得到了有效的松弛，唇红较为丰满，唇珠得到恢复，唇部协调自然。结论： abbe瓣适合于单侧唇裂术后上唇过紧畸形的修复。
