The superficial microvascular networks were sparser, while the subpleural microvascular networks were denser. The superficial blood vessels and the interlobular blood vessels were mutual transitional, and the anastomosing between the superficial blood vessels with the subpleural vessels. According to the branching sequence of the subpleural arteriole, it could be divided into the arteriole, terminal arteriole, precapillary arteriole and capillary in turn. The subpleural capillary networks were mainly web-like, while small holes were also found on the cast. The honeycomb vascular networks were various in size and form at a low magnification. The outline of alveolus, alveolar sac, alveolar duct and respiratory bronchiole and terminal bronchiole, made of microvascular networks, could be found in the cut surface.

胸膜面浅层的微血管网稀疏，深层的胸膜下微血管网致密；胸膜面浅层的微血管与小叶间隔的微血管之间相互移行，与胸膜下微血管之间形成吻合连接；根据胸膜下微动脉连续分支的顺序，常可将其分为微动脉、终末微动脉、毛细血管前微动脉和毛细血管四级；胸膜下毛细血管网主要以网络状的形式存在，但在铸型上均可见数量不等的"小孔状"结构；低倍镜下肺实质内微血管网呈现大小不等、形态各异的蜂窝状结构，可以见到由微血管网构成了肺泡、肺泡囊、肺泡管和呼吸性细支气管以及终末细支气管等结构的轮廓。

The vessels from the lung parenchyma branched into the pleural superficial vessels, the interlobular vessels and the subpleural microvessels. The subpleural arterioles also could be divided into arteriole, terminal arteriole, precapillary arteriole and capillary in turn. Most subpleural capillary meshes were web-like, and also the small holes and sieve-like meshes occurred in the subpleural microvascular networks. The interlobular blood vessels and the superficial blood vessels were mutual transitional.

The incidence of lower extremity atherosclerotic plaque, arterial steno- sis and obliterlation of type Ⅱ diabetes in old age was apparently higher than that of control group. The incidence of atherosclerotic plaque was mainly involved in femoral and popliteal artery. While the incidence of stenosis and obliterlation were mainly involved in the distal arteries below popliteal artery, especially, anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery and pedis dorsal artery.

结果 糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管管腔的硬化斑块、狭窄和闭塞的发生率明显高于对照组；硬化斑块的发生率以股动脉及腘动脉最为常见，而管腔狭窄、闭塞率以及腘动脉以下的远端动脉血管最为明显。

The average number of anterior lymph nodes was 3.83±1.79. Their blood supply originated from the branches of lateral thoracic artery, whose mean diameter and length were 1.04±0.42 and 29.5±12.25 respectively.(3) The average number of posterior lymph node was 2.38±0.97. Their blood supply originated from the lymph node branch of subscapular artery, whose length and mean diameter were respectively 18.78±8.67 and 0.78±0.32.(4) The average number of central lymph nodes was 4.05±1.95. Their blood supply originated from axillary artery whose mean diameter was less than 1mm.(5) The average number of apical lymph nodes was 2.82±1.96. Their blood supply originated from the branches of thoracoacromial artery whose mean diameter was 0.79±0.29mm and length was 10.60±4.13mm.

结果 外侧群淋巴结数量为(3.16±1.72)个，血供属多源性且不恒定；前群淋巴结数量为(3.83±1.79)个，营养血管主要为胸外侧动脉的分支，其外径(1.04±0.42)mm，干长(29.5±12.25)mm；后群淋巴结数量为(2.38±0.97)个，血管来源于肩胛下动脉的淋巴结支，其外径为(0.78±0.32)mm，干长(18.78±8.67)mm；中央群淋巴结数量为(4.05±1.95)个，血管来源于腋动脉的分支，其外径均在1mm以下，干长20mm以上；尖群淋巴结数量为(2.82±1.96)个，营养血管为胸肩峰动脉的分支，外径为(0.79±0.29)mm，干长(10.60±4.13)mm。

Results:(1) cerebrovascular syphilis 1 case,tabes dorsalis 2 cases;(2) Inall cases,Serum and cerebrospinal fluid syphilis antibody reaction showed positive; CSF protein content was increased significantly,and cells increased (3) MRA and DS...

结果(1)脑血管梅毒1例，脊髓痨2例；(2)3例血和脑脊液的梅毒抗体均为阳性；脑脊液蛋白含量增加、细胞数增多；(3)脑血管梅毒患者MRA及DSA显示左大脑中动脉M1段闭塞；左大脑前动脉及左大脑后动脉通过皮层支向左大脑中动脉供血区代偿供血；(4)2例脊髓痨患者头颅及胸髓MRI无特殊发现，肌电图及周围神经活检不支持周围神经受损。

Results:(1) cerebrovascular syphilis 1 case, tabes dorsalis 2 cases;(2) mall cases. Serum and cercbrospinal fluid syphilis antibody reaction showed positive; CSF protein content was increased significantly, and cells in creased (3) MRA and DSA of cerebroascular syphilis show that Mi segment of the left middle cerebral artery is blocked. The left posterior cerebral artery and the left anterior cerebral artery compensate blood supply for the left middle cerebral artery through the conical branch.(4) MRI of head and thoracic cord was normal in 2 cases of tabes dorsalia. Result of EMG and biopsy of suml nerve not manifest damage of peripheral nerveous system.

结果：(1)脑血管梅毒1例，脊髓痨2例；(2)3例血和脑脊液的梅毒抗体均为阳性；脑脊液蛋白含量增加、细胞数增多：(3)脑血管梅毒患者MRA及DSA显示左大脑中动脉M1段闭塞；左大脑前动脉及左大脑后动脉通过皮层支向左大脑中动脉供血区代偿供血；(4)2例脊髓痨患者头颅及胸髓MRI无特殊发现，肌电图及周围神经活检不支待周围神经受损。
