In this paper, using the orthogonal design method, 16 groups(96 pieces) of shear masonry specimens were designed. According to the results of the experiment, the effects of the mortar strength, kind of walling materials, the mixed quantity of PVB and MC for the shear resistance of masonry specimens have been analysed. By way of experimental statistical regression, the calculating formula of the shear strength of modified mortar masonry for every kind of walling material has been established.

本文采用正交设计的方法，共进行了16组96个试件的抗剪试验，研究了砂浆强度、块体类别、PVB掺量、MC掺量四种因素对砌体抗剪性能的影响；并针对每一种块材砌体进行抗剪强度分析，经统计回归得到了改性砂浆砌体抗剪强度的计算公式。

Experimental results indicated tobacco seedlings became more vigorous while leaves exceeding 5cm were cut by 1/3, showing more obvious overcompensation responses, and these seedlings grew quickly after transplanted, there quality and production value were increased.

试验表明，剪叶时剪去5cm以上叶片的1/3有利烟苗产生超越补偿效应，可明显提高烟苗的成苗素质，促进烟株的早生快发，提高烟叶的烤后产值和质量；剪叶程度增加，明显降低烟苗成苗素质，抑制烟株的生长；不剪叶则导致烟株严重早花。

A plastic model was proposed which develops from the combination of boundary surface theory and multi-shear mechanism plastic theory. This model avoids the uncertainty and complication associated with the revision of Mansing's rule when a multi-shear mechanism plastic model is used, and is able to simulate the rotation of principle stress axes during seismic activities and the large shear deformation during liquefaction.

将边界面理论和多重剪切机构塑性理论结合起来并加以改进建立了多重剪切机构边界面塑性模型，避免了多重剪切机构塑性模型通过修正系统修正曼辛准则时的不确定性、复杂性；且能模拟地震时主应力轴的偏转和液化时剪切大变形。

These results is helpful to the institution of fired perforated brick masonry code of Chong Qing. And it is benefit to the popularization of perforated brick. Analysis of experimental result has show 4 points below.① Shear strength of perforated brick masonry is composed of mortar cohesive strength and pin keys shear strength.

试验结果分析表明：①多孔砖砌体的抗剪能力由砂浆粘结抗剪和砂浆销键抗剪两部分组成，由于砂浆销键的存在，多孔砖砌体的通缝抗剪强度较实心砖砌体有较大幅度的提高。

Through making diagrams using matlab program ,first we must know submits the shearing force coefficientα_s, the space characteristic Tg, stiffness concern a modulusβ, biggest shearing force coefficientα_.Then we can get shaking tier of base shearing force modulusαand shaking tier of displacement across D, which will define structure basis shearing force F_ and verify if structure displacement D satisfy standard structure request displacement . Therefore, the designer can estimate the earthquake reaction of the composite base isolation structure directly.

通过matlab编程，制作图表，在给定屈服剪力系数α_s，场地特征周期T_g ，刚度关系系数β，最大剪力系数α_情况下，可得到隔震层基底剪力系数α和隔震层位移D，从而确定结构基底剪力F_，并验证结构位移D是否满足规范结构要求位移，设计人员可以直接估算出复合隔震结构的地震反应。

In this paper, based on the triaxial test, it is discovered that the structured loess has special mechanical effect of shearing strain rate, and it is proved that the structured loess also has the phenomena of strain rate softening. The CU shear strength and cohesion c increase at first, then decrease with the increase of strain rate, and a critical rate exists; the angel of internal friction doesn't change visibly with the strain rate.

通过结构性黄土三轴试验研究，发现结构性黄土具有独特的剪应变速率力学效应，"应变速率软化"现象同样存在于结构性黄土中；其CU剪切强度和凝聚力c随剪应变率的增大而呈现先增大后减小的特征，存在临界速率现象，而内摩擦角随剪切速率的增大基本上呈线性减小的趋势。

Through studying the working mechanism of the composing, the paper referred the bearings analyzing model and designing flow.Through shearing test of high damping rubber ,the paper analyzes the influence of shearing shape, shearing strain range and inspiriting frequence on the characteristic parameters(dynamic shear elastic module , dissipation engineering module , wasted gene ).
