Methods:The clinical data of 21 cases performed laparoscopyassisted radical colorecteetomy,including 3 cases of right hemicolectomy,1 case of transverse colectomy,2 cases of left hemicolectomy,8 cases of Miles,6 cases of Dixon and 1 case of total colectomy were analyzed.

回顾性分析21例腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术的临床资料，其中右半结肠切除术3例，横结肠切除术1例，左半结肠切除术2例，Miles术8例，Dixon术6例，全结肠切除术1例。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopyassisted radical colorectectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 21 cases performed laparoscopyassisted radical colorecteetomy,including 3 cases of right hemicolectomy,1 case of transverse colectomy,2 cases of left hemicolectomy,8 cases of Miles,6 cases of Dixon and 1 case of total colectomy were analyzed.

癌根治术的临床资料，其中右半结肠切除术3例，横结肠切除术1例，左半结肠切除术2例，Miles术8例，Dixon术6例，全结肠切除术1例。

Methods Three hundred and fifty patients for laparoscopic surgery were admitted to our department from August 2001 to February 2002. They included 45 cases of adrenal glands surgery, 55 simple nephrectomy, 25 radical nephrectomy, 11 nephroureterectomy, 3 partial nephrectomy, 110 renal cyst decortication, 4 polycystic kidney decortication, 12 ureterolithotomy, 16 pyeloplasty, 3 retrocaval ureteroplasty, 58 varicocele-varix ligation and 8 pelvic lymph node dissection.

从2001年8月～2004年2月，350例患者施行了腹腔镜下泌尿外科手术，其中肾上腺手术45例，单纯肾切除55例，根治性肾切除25例，肾输尿管全切11例，肾部分切除3例，肾囊肿去顶术110例，多囊肾去顶减压术4例，输尿管切开取石术12例，UPJ成型术16例，腔静脉后输尿管成型术3例，精索静脉高位结扎术58例，盆腔淋巴结切除术8例。

手术人员一方面必须非常熟悉胃十二指肠及其临近器官的正常解剖结构，并在此理论基础指导下进行手术，另一方面还必须具备扎实过硬的操作和对病人高度负责的职业态度，这样才可能尽量避免术中邻近脏器的损伤和线结被剪断，术后缝线脱落，以及减少出血等情况的发生。在施行胃大部切除术时，对切除胃的范围还没有一个精确的定量手段，只能根据临床经验进行掌握。胃切除过多，术后会导致病人胃肠功能不足，出现营养不良，甚至可以出现粒细胞减少而引起腹泻。切除胃过少又可能达不到治疗目的，出现原发病的复发，如溃疡复发，残胃癌等。

Rusults In 11 cases, 1 case was underwent nephroureterectomy, 3 cases local resection plus pyeloplasty, 1 case local resection plus ureteroureterostomy, 4 cases polyps resection plus basement fulguration, 2 cases polypous basement resection under ureteroscopy.

结果 11例患者中，1例行肾与输尿管大部切除，3例行输尿管病变段切除肾盂成形术，1例病变段切除输尿管再吻合术，4例行息肉切除加基底电灼，2例输尿管镜下基底部钳除。

48例腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊良性疾。。。目的：探讨胆囊大部分切除在胆道外科中的应用价值。方法：对1986年6月～1997年8月行胆囊大部分切除的45例临床资料进行分析。结果：45例中因胆囊本身病变行胆囊大部分切除41例，术后无胆瘘、出血、黄疸、腹腔脓肿等并发症。

Although 25 eyes presented with acute angle closure glaucoma, 6 eyes were insidious onset and asymptomatic. While 27 eyes relieved pupillary block after laser iridotomy or surgical peripheral iridectomy, 4 eyes required vitrectomy or laser photomydriasis to relieve pupillary block. Five eyes (16%) developed chronic angle closure glaucoma due to peripheral anterior synechia. one could be controlled by chronic medical therapy, three required trabeculectomy, the another one even required cyclocryotherapy because poor IOP control after trabeculectomy.

虽然大多数的病例（25只眼）以急性发作为临床表徵，但有6只眼为隐袭性，无任何临床症状。27只眼经雷射虹彩瞳孔术或外科周边虹彩切除术后可以解除瞳孔阻塞，另4只眼无法解除而需作玻璃体切除术或雷射光瞳孔放大术。5只眼(16%)因周边前黏连发生慢性隅角闭锁性青光眼，其中1只眼可以药物控制，3只眼需做小梁切除术，另1只眼做小梁切除术后眼压仍无法控制而接受睫状体冷冻治疗。

在连续硬膜外加静脉麻醉下为602例行腹腔镜手术，其中不孕症宫腹腔镜探查术194例，宫外孕手术148例，多囊卵巢手术91例，子宫肌瘤切除术49例，卵巢囊肿切除术47例，胆囊切除术29例，畸胎瘤切除术24例，黄体破裂修补术12例，盆腔脓肿引流术2例，阑尾切除术2例，腹腔镜子宫穿孔修补，腹腔异物取出，输卵管结扎，大隐静脉支离断等各1例。
