After lentectomy through the pupillary hole, the epithelial cells at dorsal iris in Anuran tadpole of Bufo raddei Strauch can undergo transdifferentiation to regenerate a new lens. The morphological changes of lens formation from different regeneration stages were observed with both microcope and transmission electron microscope.

以无尾两栖类花背蟾蜍后肢芽期蝌蚪为实验材料，摘除其左眼晶状体，在再生不同时期固定，石蜡连续切片，苏木精-伊红对染，光镜观察，研究晶状体再生的组织来源；另外，选再生不同时期材料用戊二醛，锇酸固定，透射电镜观察，以研究晶状体再生组织的超微结构变化。

The left lens of Anuran Tadpole - Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole and Xenopus laevis Tadpole were removed when they had posterior limb bud. By decapitating and fixing it with Carnoy's fixation fluid in different days, by means of paraffin serial section and Hematoxylin-Eosin stain and by using the microscope to observe the microstructure of lens regeneration of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole and Xenopus laevis Tadpole. By extirpating the left eye and fixing it with aldehyde and osmium acid , by using electron microscope to observe the ultrastructure of lens regeneration of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole and Xenopus laevis Tadpole.

以无尾两栖类—以花背蟾蜍与非洲爪蟾后肢芽期蝌蚪为实验材料，摘除其左眼晶状体，在再生不同时期固定，石蜡连续切片，苏木精-伊红对染，光镜观察，研究晶状体再生的组织来源；另外，选再生不同时期材料用戊二醛，锇酸固定，透射电镜观察，以研究晶状体再生组织的超微结构变化。

Based on analyzing the generation mechanism and quality characteristics of reclaimed acid from benzol refining and comparing varies kinds of purification methods, the operation easily, the technical process simple extraction method is used to purify the reclaimed acid and the dosage of the extraction agent and extraction power are studied in detail.

Finally, two short-path distillation processes and one falling film evaporator are applied in the regeneration of waste lubricating oil. In the test, the diesel oil, gasoline and lubricating oil are distilled respectively, while the gelatinoid materials, asphaltene and carbon residue remain in the draft. The regenerative lubricating oil accords with the standards of base oil. And the recovery efficiency is up to 75 percent. The technology used in the test doesnt comprise processes like pickling and alkali neutralization, which would cause secondary pollution like acid draff and sulfur dioxide and so on. As a result of this, our technology is friendly to the environment.

最后，利用一级薄膜蒸发和两级短程蒸馏工艺对废润滑油进行了再生回收工业应用试验，将柴油、汽油等轻油以及润滑油馏分分别蒸馏出来，而大部分胶质、沥青质、碳垢存在于残渣中，试验得到的再生润滑油符合基础油的标准，回收率达到75％，达到废润滑油再生的目的；同时再生过程中没有酸洗、碱中和等工序，不产生酸渣、二氧化硫等二次污染，是一种清洁环保的废润滑油再生工艺。

Xenopus laevis Tadpole (1) Xenopus laevis Tadpole was capable of lens regeneration, which originated from the outer cornea.(2)The days of lens regeneration of Xenopus laevis Tadpole was earlier than Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole, The rate of regeneration of Xenopus laevis Tadpole was higher than Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole.(3)During Xenopus laevis lens regeneration the outer cornea cells proliferated, in the elongating cells the mitochondria became complicated and in the columnar cells the cisternal dilating of endoplasmic reticulum was ubiquity.

非洲爪蟾蝌蚪(1)再生晶状体来源于外角膜；(2)晶状体再生较花背蟾蜍蝌蚪晶状体再生时期早，再生率高；(3)电镜观察发现再生前期外角膜增殖，观察到晶状体上皮细胞和伸长细胞(进一步发育为晶状体纤维细胞)，伸长细胞中线粒体形状各异随着进一步的分化，细胞器逐渐消失；分化过程中晶状体上皮细胞粗面内质网增多，并且内质网扩张普遍存在。

This in vivo study was to examine the historical changes of implanted novel chitosan/collagen composite barrier for confirming the clinical feasibility. Four other commercial GTR membranes were chosen for comparison. Among the resorbable GTR membranes, BioMend Extend and Peri-Aid are collagen base, and GORE-TEX OSSEOQUEST is synthesized membrane, while GORE-TEX e-PTFE (Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) is synthesized but non-resorbable. Beagle dogs were used as animal model. Buccal mucoperiosteal flaps were reflected in the bilateral mandibular premolar and molar areas. Buccal alveolar bone was reduced on 1st、2nd premolar and molar to a level 5 mm apical to the cemento-enemel junction. Root surface was denuded of periodontal ligament and cementum, and notches were placed at the bone level of each root. The tested GTR barriers were implanted in critical bone defect areas. Flaps were coronally positioned and sutured. Two beagle dogs were sacrificed each time as the designed time period after surgery. Histological and histometirc evaluation at 7 days、14 days、28 days、3 months were performed post-operatively to determine the healing response of each treatment modality.

本研究之目的在评估与工研院生医中心合作发展出可吸收性去乙醯几丁聚醣/胶原蛋白复合之组织导引再生膜片，并选择与可吸收性之BioMend Extend 及Peri-Aid 胶原蛋白膜片，和GORE-TEX OSSEOQUEST 合成高分子膜片，及不可吸收之GORE-TEX e-PTFE合成高分子膜片，等其他四种市售商品材料共同对照评估，应用8只年龄为12个月的雄性小猎犬，均分4组(分别为7天、14天、28天、3个月)，为动物活体评估模式，在实验犬之左、右下颚第一、二小臼齿及大臼齿的颊侧区制造骨缺损后，分别植入组织导引再生膜片，依实验设定时间将小猎犬牺牲，取下缺损区骨头，以光学显微镜观察量测其牙垩质再生高度与齿槽骨再生高度之变化，以探讨其组织再生模式及评估新膜片在临床应用之适用性。

试验结果表明，不同强度等级废混凝土混和后得到的再生粗集料，将显著降低再生混凝土的抗压强度；不同来源再生混凝土抗压强度的均值较单一来源再生混凝土减小，而方差和变异系数增大；采用正态分布模型对不同来源再生混凝土抗压强度的分布进行了检验，利用Monte-Carlo模拟方法进一步验证了该分布规律。

After adsorbent was saturated by sulfur in adsorption, it can be regenerated with ultrasound, the optimum regeneration conditions are: methanol as regeneration agent, regeneration temperature 60℃ and LHSV of methanol 1.76h-1, methano dosage 100mL, amount of treated adsorbent 10g .
