In chapter three, the activating agents of ytterbium have been examined. Barbier-type reaction promoted by ytterbium metal was examined. The experimental results shown that the yield of Barbier reaction of imines with allylic bromide promoted by ytterbium is higher than that of aldehydes and ketones with allylic bromide under the same reaction conditions. In this chapter, the reductive cleavage of Se-Se and S-S bond induced by ytterbium metal was also studied.

The effects of different factors on the laser-induced graft polymerization on the PET surface were analyzed, and the mechanisms were discussed. Acrylamide monomer was chosen as hydrophilic modifier finally; 2 Higher concentration of the monomer solution favored the graft reaction; 3 With the increasing laser fluence, the surface hydrophilicity of PET films increased at first, then decreased. More laser pulses led to a more hydrophilic surface; 4 Benzophenone as a photosensitizer hindered the graft polymerization; 5 The homopolymer retardant of ammonium iron sulfate hexahydrate in a proper concentration retarded the formation of homopolymers and promotes the graft copolymerization; 6 The solvent of monomer solution also affected the graft reaction. Different solvents functioned in different ways. Ethanol can promote the graft reaction because of the activity of hydrogen in its structure; 7 pH value of the monomer solution affects the polymerization rate, and a lower pH value was favorable to the graft reaction.

这些影响因素的作用分别为：1小分子单体的表面改性效果好，确定以丙烯酰胺为亲水性改性单体；2较高的单体溶液浓度有利于接枝反应；3激光能量密度增大，薄膜表面亲水性先显著增强，后又减弱；激光脉冲次数越多，改性后表面亲水性越强；4光敏剂BP对PET表面接枝聚合反应有阻碍作用；5适当浓度的均聚物抑制剂六水合硫酸铁铵能减少单体均聚物的生成，促进接枝聚合；6单体溶液的溶剂也影响接枝聚合的反应进程，不同溶剂的影响作用原理不同，含较活泼氢的乙醇能促进接枝反应；7溶液pH值影响单体聚合速率，pH值较低有利于接枝反应。

On the basis of an analysis of the present profile of automobile consumer credit in China,a discussion is done on the meaning of its development. This thesis introduces the development of the market of automobile consumer credit overseas, and finds out the reasons why overseas automobile consumer credit leads to the successful development of automobile industry. It also analyses the causes of the slump in the market of automobile consumer credit in the country in aspects of influential elements such as economy,policies,society,consumption norms and so on. It has a deep discussion on some obvious problems in this field. For example,the market of automobile consumer credit is of no scale; the prices of automobiles are high; taxes are heavy and expenses are too much; average residents still have low income and no definite balance between income and predicted expenses; there is no perfect social credit system and individual credit system; there is not enough awareness of credit among the public. 采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测88例结肠癌组织中Livin，Caspase3 及MTA1的表达情况。结果（1）结肠癌组织中Livin的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Livin的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（2）结肠癌组织中Caspase3蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Caspase3蛋白的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度显著相关。（3）结肠癌组织中MTA1的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且MTA1的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（4）Caspase3蛋白的表达又与Livin的表达呈显著负相关。结论（1）Livin在结肠癌组织中过表达，它可能是促进结肠癌发生的重要因素之一。（2）Caspase3蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达被抑制而降低，且与Livin的表达呈负相关。因此，抑制Caspase3蛋白的活性是Livin促进结肠癌发生的途径之一。（3）MTA1对结肠癌的组织分化及淋巴转移发挥重要作用。
