An alternate Director shall ipso facto cease to be an alternate Director if his appointor ceases for any reason to be a Director, however, such alternate Director or any other person may be reappointed by the Directors to serve as an alternate Director PROVIDED always that, if at any meeting any Director retires but is reelected at the same meeting, any appointment of such alternate Director pursuant to these Articles which was in force immediately before his retirement shall remain in force as though he had not retired.

如果该代理董事的指定者出于某种理由停止指定代理董事，则任一代理董事将不再是代理董事，然而，该代理董事或其他人士可被董事再次指定，该再次指定的目的是充当代理董事。在任何会议上任何董事退休但在同一会议上被重新选举，在董事退休前，依据相关条款对代理董事的任一任命将立即生效并在该董事未退休的时间内将一直保持效力。

In this paper, we advances a new proxy digital signature scheme based on hyperelliptic curve discrete algorithmic problems which is called as Xiao's Hyperelliptic Curve Limited Proxy Signature.

本文针对目前的各种代理签名方案所存在的无法实现对代理签名者的代理签名权力进行全面、完整、可靠地控制的问题，提出了一种具有限制代理签名者行使代理签名权力的基于超椭圆曲线离散对数问题的新型可控代理签名方案XHCLPS，同时对这一方案的复杂性和安全性进行了分析。

The agency efficiency of the second-hand house brokerage market is evaluated based on the customer\'s angle of view;use the method of the compare system economics to analyze the efficiency of the agency system with the buyer\'s commission paying,the open listing agency, the mediacy agency,the communication division and the percentage commission structure, and point out that all agency systems are efficient except the buyer\'s commission paying; bring forward the countermeasure to enhance the agency efficiency of the second-hand house brokerage market.

基于顾客价值视角对我国二手房经纪市场的代理效率进行了间接衡量；利用比较制度经济学的方法分别对我国二手房经纪市场佣金的买方单方支付、多家上市代理、居间代理、信息分割及百分比佣金结构等代理制度的有效性进行了分析，指出除佣金的买方单方支付是一种相对有效的制度安排外，其余代理制度都是无效的代理制度安排，与之相对应的独家代理、分离的买方与卖方代理、信息共享及包含差价的佣金结构则是有效的代理制度安排；提出了提高我国二手房经纪市场代理效率的对策建议。

This paper's work is trying to present a more efficient method to locate the agent in distributed networks on the basis of pioneers' researches, and assess the performance of this method.This paper begins its discussion with agent technology's background and basic conceptions, characteristics, and presents the researched problem, that is, researching new agent locating method; then introduces several traditional locating methods: brute force searching, database method and path proxies, and analyses their features and locating efficiency. For describing the agent locating better, this paper formalizes the agent, presents a proper definition, and abstracts agent's migration process, proposes a metaprocess concept and decompounds migration process with it.
