I am not perfect and if I ever acted immature, cold-hearted, or rude, I want to say sorry.

If you can't listen, but you can read and speak, the only way is that you have to ask others write down what they want to say ,when you talk with others. but i think it's very discourteously of making others diccommodiousness.

举个例子，你不会听，但是会看，会说，那么当你在与别人交流的时候，唯一的办法就是要求他人，把他要说的写出来，这样劳驾别人我觉的是非常不礼貌的。
