The growth inhibiting rate of T24 cell lines were detected by MTT methods, apoptosis of cells were detected by flow cytometry, the mechanism of apoptosis was analyzed by detecting the protein expression of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-9, Caspase-3 and cytoplastic protein Cytochrome C. 4 We injected live T24 cells into the subcutaneous space of nude mice and successfully built up the animal model of bladder carcinoma. The effect of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic microspheres targeting chemotherapy was investigated by HE staining, TUNEL ,tumor weight and volume inhibition rate. Results: 1 TEM revealed that the CS-PAA polymer magnetic microspheres were regular spherical shape,the average diameter was 80nm in dry condition. By controlling the pH value of the medium,polymers had positive or negative zeta potential. VSM showed the CS-PAA polymer magnetic microspheres had superparamagnetic. The diameter of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic microspheres were 200nm in solution by DLS examining,the embedding ratio was 20%,the EPI loading rate was 15%, which was higer than reported in other articles. 2 Raw eye observation found that the rat"s bladder of treatment group was brown color,which meaned the aggregation of iron particles, compared with the control group, iron stain found iron particles were assembled in rat"s bladder of the treatment group, the amount of iron particles in liver and spleen were less obviously.

研究结果：1合成的CS-PAA磁性聚合物微球呈球形，大小均一，TEM测定其干态下粒径为80nm左右，磁化曲线证实具有超顺磁性，具有一定的PH敏感性，固载表柔比星后，水溶液性状稳定，无沉淀物，DLS测定直径约200nm左右，测定载药率为15％，较文献报道高，包封率为20％。2肉眼观察试验组大鼠膀胱表面呈褐色，可见大量的Fe粒子聚集，普鲁士兰染色法显示，试验组大鼠膀胱壁内有大量的Fe粒子，分布至膀胱壁全层，与对照组大鼠相比，试验组大鼠的肝、脾内的Fe粒子聚集量明显降低；HPLC测定结果与Fe染色相同；高剂量磁性CS-PAA-EPI生理盐水组及单纯EPI生理盐水组均在给药后14天出现血肌酐和尿素氮的升高，其他组大鼠血生化指标没有明显变化。3MTT法发现，高、中、低剂量磁性CS-PAA-EPI生理盐水组在外加磁场的协同作用下杀伤T24细胞效应明显高于单纯的EPI生理盐水组，FCM发现试验药物组可引起明显的肿瘤细胞凋亡，试验药物治疗组细胞胞浆内出现了由线粒体释放出的细胞色素C，试验组细胞Bcl-2蛋白减少，Bax蛋白变化不明显，Caspase-3、Caspase-9蛋白受到了激活活化。4高、中、低剂量磁性CS-PAA-EPI生理盐水组的瘤重抑制率和瘤体积抑制率均明显高于单纯的EPI生理盐水组(P＜0.01)，其中高剂量组的抑制率最高。

The two-photon absorption cross-sections of these styryl derivatives were determined by Z-scan technique, and the benzothiazolium derivatives exhibited the largest TPA cross-sections (10〓s·cm〓/photon) and the best power limiting ability at high operable incident intensity. The results of the determinating the activity of the CA in vitro showed that the CA of the water—fed individuals were in activing statics after eclosion. Because of the apperence of the Vg in haemolymph and the deposition of the vitellin in oocytes in the unfed females, it was shown that the CA in such individuals were in activiting statics, too. Again because in the water—fed females which did not lack the feeding action the activity of the CA showed dropping tendency gradually still, it could be said that the activiting of the CA was possibly effected by the nutrition but it was never related to the adult feeding action. In another respect, the brain of the female adult had not significant effect on the activiting CA. The oocytes could depositing vitellin in individuals removed brain tissue on the day of eclosion, which showed that the activting of CA was not concerned with brain.

CA活性的体外测定说明饲水个体的CA同样具有活性，不取食个体血淋巴中Vg的存在以及卵母细胞中卵黄的沉积表明，在不取食的个体中CA同样具有活性，所以CA的活化与成虫期的取食动作无关，与成虫是否取食花蜜也无太多的联系，但是CA活性的维持可能受成虫期营养的影响，如果以卵母细胞发育和CA体积大小作为CA活性的指标，则饲水个体CA的活性在后期受到了影响，说明饲水不能替代取食蜂蜜来维持成虫期CA的活性；成虫期脑对CA的活化无明显作用，羽化当日摘除脑的个体，其卵母细胞仍然可以沉积卵黄，说明CA的活化与脑无关，而是受某种不确定的因子的影响；用抗JH物质—早熟素—Ⅱ以10ug／虫的剂量在颈部点滴处理雌虫，对Vg的发生和卵巢的发育具有一定的迟缓作用，其原因有待于进一步的研究。

基于预测起点的运动幅度判断搜索法，该算法利用块的时间相关性和空间相关性来预测搜索起点，根据块的运动幅度大小分别采用不同步长的搜索策略，搜索效率比较接近三步法，证明了根据块运动的特性以结合运用不同的搜索算法来研究有效的运动估计算法的可行性。最后本文通过实验得来的数据来定量地分析评价各快速算法的优缺点，对今后提出新的更有效的运动估计快速算法具有一定的参考价值。

The rules of fluid rate with different technical parameters: the increase of electromagnetic force causes the increases of the fluid rates at S/L interface and free surface, the decrease of skin depth, the increase of electric current density which will make the fluid at free surface flowing faster, while it doesnt affect the fluid rate at S/L interface. When the height of melt increases, the both of fluid rates will increase too. The increase of the width-thickness ratio augments the fluid rates along the wider edges at S/L interface evidently, while the rates along the narrow edges will have little change, and the rate at free surface has little change too. The increase of overheat degree minishes the range of mush zone, while the fluid rates at S/L interface and free surface will increase evidently.

Through above numerical analysis of the TiN coating/substrate system, some typical rules about the fatigue failure are found:(1) the fatigue damage of a coating/substrate system appears first on the interface, then expands along the interface and to the substrate, and finally causes the coatings broken and spalled;(2) under the cyclic loadings of tangential sliding and radial extrusion, the equivalent plastic damage on the interface is mainly generated by the shear stress and the accumulated plastic contributed by the increments of shear stress. Thus the change of the shear stress is the main factor for the contact fatigue damages of coating/substrate system;(3) the frictional coefficient, external loading and coating thickness have some influence on the carrying capacity and contact fatigue life for a coating/substrate system.

通过对TiN涂层／基体系统的数值模拟分析，得到了涂层／基体系统疲劳失效的一些典型规律：(1)、涂层基体的初始损伤首先出现在交界面处，然后沿界面并向基体中扩展，最后导致涂层断裂而发生剥落失效；(2)、在切向滑动和径向挤压循环载荷作用下，交界面处的塑性损伤主要是由剪应力τ产生，塑性累积也是由于△τ的变化引起，说明循环过程中剪应力变化是影响涂层接触疲劳破坏的主要因素；(3)、材料摩擦系数、外界载荷大小以及涂层厚度都对涂层／基体系统的承载能力以及疲劳寿命都有一定影响。

Moreover, their mass fractal dimensions Df, calculated by bi-logarithm relation between setting rates and equivalent circle diameters, were 2.0972.801, and the Df value for granules in the 5th compartment was the highest one among them, indicating that the most compact granules were formed.
