The diagnosis of these three imaging methods was compared with each other and with the operation findings. The result shows that the fractures in body and angle part of mandibal could be shown excellently by all these imaging methods. 3D- CT is the best method in showing the mandibular fractures. A set of spectific primers was syn thesized according to HBV DNA sequence of Chinese strain, the whole X region was amplified by PCR method from the serum of 9 patients with chronic HBV infection , and then the PCR products were subcloned into pGEM Teasy vectors.
