RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

结果：难治性青光眼45例（45眼）实行了Ahmed青光眼阀植入术或联合晶状体摘除、玻璃体切割、人工晶状体植入术等；术后平均观察(3～18)9.7mo；患者术前的平均眼压36.8±12.3mmHg，术后平均眼压18.0±4.5mmHg；手术成功率87%；术后最佳矫正视力提高16眼（35%），视力无变化21眼（47%），视力降低8眼（18%）；术后早期最常见的并发症是一过性浅前房及低眼压，发生率为20%，晚期最常见的并发症是滤过泡包裹，发生率是13%。

Methods The visual acuity, intraocular pressure and fundus were examined on 92 eyes on day 1, 3, 7, 30, 60 and 90 after intravitreous injection of TA. Fundus fluorescence angiography and optical coherence tomography were checked before and on day 30 after the injection.

对玻璃体腔注射TA的92只眼分别于术后第1、3、7、30、60、90天行眼压、视力、裂隙灯及间接眼底镜检查，术前及术后30 d行眼底血管荧光造影及光学相干断层扫描。

Results Totally 550 eyes' the best corrected visual acuity was more than 0.51-3 months after surgery, accounting for 94.83%; 30 eyes (5.17%) had iris prolapse and intraoperative complications; 4 eyes (0.69%) had iridodialysis; 6 eyes 1.03% had posterior capsule rupture; 30 eyes (5.17%) had hyphema; 30 eyes had (5.17%); 109 eyes (18.79%) had postoperative complications, including corneal edema in 50 eyes (8.62%, of which endothelial-like opacity in 40 eyes); 40 eyes (6.90%) had inflammation of anterior chamber; 10 eyes (1.72%) had transient high intraocular hypertension; 5 eyes (0.86%) had hyphema, 4 eyes had pupillary capture.

结果 术后1~3月最佳矫正视力大于等于0.5的有550只眼(94.83%)，术中并发症，虹膜脱出30只眼(5.17%)，虹膜根部离断4只眼(0.69%)，晶状体后囊破裂6只眼(1.03%)，前房出血30只眼(5.17%)，后弹力层脱离30只眼(5.17%)。术后并发症109只眼(18.79%)包括角膜水肿50只眼（8.62%，其中内皮条样混浊40只眼），前房纤维渗出40只眼(6.90%)，短暂性高眼压10只眼(1.72%)，前房积血5只眼(0.86%)瞳孔夹持4只眼(0.70%)。

METHODS: From January 2001 to October 2002, 21 high myopia patients (39 eyes) with borderline corneal thickness were treated with LASIK. Visual acuity, keratometry readings and central corneal thickness were measured at 3 years after surgery. These data were compared with preoperative and early postoperative results.
