A standard expected value model for multi-objective multi-stage transmission planning is presented to realize the transmission optimal planning with the control of line overloading risks. In this model, a constraint of overloading risks is built with expected value and standard deviation of random line active power and two objectives are given as expected value of the average power loss and discount value of the investment cost. By modeling uncertain informations with probability theory, the probabilistic DC power flow is adopted for the correlated calculations among random variables in the planning model.4 A novel multi-objective transmission planning approach that considers transmission investment profit is proposed. Requests for transmission investment profit and social welfare are involved in the proposed planning approach.

It is found that comparing with compact single circuit transmission mode, T-type compact transmission mode of two circuits on the same tower and conventional transmission mode of two circuits on the same tower, the transmission mode of two circuits with same phase sequence in the same tower window need narrower corridror width, and the radio interference and audible noise caused by this transmisison mode is relatively lower, especially, the corona loss is reduced evidently, thus better economic and social effects can be obtianed by applying this transmission mode in a short distance under a centain condition.

Researching results show that six-phase can utilize the overhead transmission right-of-way efficiently, and improve the density of power transmission. At the same time, the electric field on surface of conductor, the power frequency electric-magnetic field at ground level can be controlled within the range of permission for six-phase transmission lines.

In this article, we studied some components in giant panda seminal plasma and their relationship with semen characteristics.The protein bands were separated by SDS-PAGE, platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase activity and glutamic-aspartic aminotransferase activity were detected by ELASE and chymic colorimetry respectively. The results are as followed:Twelve protein bands in giant panda seminal plasma were identified by SDS-PAGE, the molecular weights were 74.9、59.6、 56.2、 54.7、 47.3、 38.2、 30.8、 23.8、 18.4、 16.8、14.0 and 13.4kDa respectively, six of them (74.9, 59.6, 56.2, 47.3, 30.8 and 13.4kDa) werepresent in all samples. However, there was no relationship was found between the abnormalprotein bands appeared in several samples and semen characteristics in our experiment.
