53 cases (32 males, 21 females) of fractures of ipsilateral femur and tibia were treated with internal fixation or external fixation from 1995 to 2005 in our hospital.

其中，男32例，女21例。按Fraser等[1]的分型，Ⅰ型骨折19例，Ⅱ型骨折34例，其中Ⅱa型17例，Ⅱb型11例，Ⅱc型6例。53例均经开放复位、选择合适的手术方式尽早手术固定骨折。
