In this paper we build a university scientific research management information system based on Client/Server and three-layer structure of ASP technology, and introduced the design aims, tasks and principle of the system with systematic investigation and analyzsis of demand., With the principle of integrality, practicability, opening, precursive and generality, data stream and data structure are analyzed detailedly, and logistic model which fits university scientific research management was established based on advanced structure system analysis method. In addition, it puts forward a series of the whole scheme of scientific research management system which bases on internet adapts large database development.the design of this system adapts new internet/intranet techonlogy and it can make us gather and share the whole provincial university scientific research information.lt studies and establishes oology structure and using platform of our provincial university scientific research management system, In addition,it also designs and formulates the system at the experimental unit(the scientific research department of NEAU).The scientific research management information system of NEAU is one part of the network information management system.

本课题采用基于客户／服务器和三层结构的ASP技术，在系统调研、需求分析的基础上，给出了基于互联网的省高校科研管理系统的设计目标、任务和原则；本系统的开发遵循完整性、通用性、实用性、先进性和开放性的原则，采用较为先进的结构化系统分析方法对数据流程、数据结构进行详尽的分析，制定一个适合高校科研管理的逻辑模型；提出一套基于互连网络的、采用大型数据库开发的科研管理系统的整体方案；系统设计采用Internet／Intranet全新技术，可做到全省高校科研信息集成与共享；研究制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的拓扑结构及应用平台，利用试点单位，设计和制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的功能结构和信息资源结构。

Modern approach methods of geography, ecology, quantitative analysis, expert integration, remote sensing image analysis and geographical information system were combined to reveal the matters in this paper. The eco-geographical background of the research area and the research work studied by other scholars were comprehensively expatiated. The temporal and spatial variation of precipitation and soil moisture, vegetation and soil distribution, and land use/land cover were compared as well. On the basis of foregoing analysis, the eco-geographical differentiation was discussed. According to principles and indicators, with extension engineering method and integrated analysis, the physical geography boundary between subhumid and semiarid areas were demarcated. By using remote sensing image analysis, wavelet analysis of the perennial precipitation and temperature, and the comparison of temporal and spatial variation of the desertification, this paper accounted for the regional response to global environmental change and suggested the dominant environmental problems.

Low level radwaste disposal problems are complex. Many important issue, such as radionuclide migration in the geosphere, must be carefully evaluated before making decision. This project will explore the use of a hydrogeological decision support system for solving these complex problems. The system will integrate hydrogeological analysis tools, geographic information system, mathematical models, stochastic and statistic methods, graphical interface, and decision system. By using the system, it is expected that many different alternatives can be efficiently analyzed and evaluated, and results can be presented much more effective to decision makers, while compared with the conventional presentation. Basing on the prototype system developed in the last two years, this project will integrate more analysis tools and improve the functions of the system.

中文摘要低放射性废料处置所牵涉之问题甚为广泛且复杂，其中又以放射性核种於地下水中迁移所造成之风险性分析最为重要，一般而言，一个水文地质决策支援系统将结合水文地质、地理资讯系统、数学模式、序数及统计、图形介面、优化及决策分析等理论及工具，方能使该系统迅速分析各种不同方案，并以最有效方式将分析结果呈现於决策者；因此，本计画预计延续八十二年至八十三年间，初步完成之整合风险分析模式之决策分析系统刍形，并於其基础上继续整合及发展一些关键技术及工具，以增加系统必备之功能，使其系统更趋完善，达到实用之目的。

The following exciting results are revealed: 1 When considering the influence of some nonlinear elements such as hard-limit of exciters, the effects of some devices such as Power System Stabilizer and Static Var Compensator which can introduce positive damping in power system, the reasonability of system parameter values in simulation, the SNB surface and HB surface on the boundary of SSSR will turn close to each other and even coalesce together; 2 Under some conditions, coupling between slow exciters and shunt capacitors will bring negative damping in power system dynamics, which increases the possibility of oscillatory instability. So the power system with mass shunt compensators is easily subjected to the oscillatory instability. In recent years, chaotic phenomena of power system have been reported many times. Some simulation studies even found chaos existing inside the power system SSSR. In this dissertation, chaotic phenomena in power systems are thoroughly studied in order to make clear the relation of chaos and SSSR. The following results are derived: 1 Based on Li-Yorke Theorem and their definition on the chaos, the existence of chaos in power system is verified; 2 Three possible routes of causing chaos in power system are found and deeply investigated. They are route of cascading period doubling, route of directly initial energizing and route of torus bifurcation (or quasi-periodicity). The latter two routes are investigated for the first time in power system stability studies; 3 When the stability conditions of chaos are broken, it is found they can lead to voltage collapse, angle divergence, or voltage collapse with angle divergence simultaneously.

针对在电力系统小扰动稳定区域内可能存在混沌吸引域的有关报道，本文深入研究了电力系统混沌现象的出现途径和与系统失稳模式之间的关系：1利用Li-Yorke定理和Li-Yorke的混沌定义，从理论上证明了电力系统混沌现象的存在性；2发现了电力系统中导致混沌出现的三种可能途径：倍周期分岔导致混沌、初始能量直接激发混沌和经由环面分岔导致混沌，并对后两种新发现的途径进行了较为细致的研究；3发现了混沌极限环破裂导致电压崩溃、角度失稳以及电压崩溃和角度失稳同时出现的现象，其中混沌极限环破裂导致系统角度失稳和电压崩溃及角度失稳同时出现的现象均属首次报道；4证明由微分-代数方程描述的系统模型，其小扰动稳定域的边界只包含HB、SNB和SIB三种分岔界面，在SSSR的内部和边界上，均不可能存在会导致混沌的点，从而将混沌现象排除在小扰动稳定域的研究之外，简化了后者的研究工作。
