The research work in this dissertation aim to apply the advanced technique in practice, that ramifies three parts: at first, the basic study of the computer vision, especially the stereo vision, include their technical mechanisms, methods and algorithms resolves the same technical problems of endoscopy and ferrograhpy based on stereo vision. Secondly, the endoscopy of engine fault inspection based on stereovision is researched and the system faced to this application is developed, thus the problems of stereovision applied to macroscopical images such as endoscopic images are resolved in method and computation. In addition, inside scenes are reconstructed and typical damages of engine inside are analyzed. Thirdly, the investigations of system formation, methods applied and algorithms study of debris analysis based on stereovision is carried out. Thus the problems of stereovision applied in debris analysis are resolved mainly. Furthermore, the integrated method combine with 3D symbolic parameters is studied an d discussed for the recognition of debris configuration in pilot.

In this thesis, how to study and apply of system of CRM based on Web are discussed. Firstly, we summarize the principle of CRM, beginning with the current research condition, and introduce the concept, features and management principle of CRM. Secondly, we illustrate the basic architecture of web-based CRM system to form the basis of the further research and propose the integration of CRM system to the front end of enterprise, namely, the study on the business process re-engineering of CRM system. Then we discuss the key technique knowledge on CRM system based on Web, which included the technology of system interface, system safety and the design of net framework. And explain the technology of web service is a good solution to the problem of system interface in the Internet and the advantage of the develop way based on the B/S pattern. According to an application of CRM system based on Web, this thesis explains how to set up a CRM system based on Web, which include the customer requirement, analyzing the business process, system framework and system safety. At last, this thesis puts forward the extensive foreground of the system of web-based CRM with the expanding of the web technology and explains that there are some questions are to be resolve stilly in this thesis.

A new knowledge acquirement way is presented based on the reliability data of product, then the fuzzy semantic net which consists of FEPM and fuzzy fault tree is regard as fault knowledge representation. The formalization of the fuzzy semantic net is described, and the relative concepts and relations are summarized. A stereo-knowledge representation which consisted of FFTF, rule and fuzzy neural network which make up of the shallow knowledge of the product is presented. The integrated fault diagnosis method based on the stereo-knowledge representation is suggested. The method is as follows. The fuzzy search inference is carried out on FFTF firstly. If the node being diagnosing can be decided if it failed or not in the fuzzy search inference, the rule inference to the node is carried out with the rules which being in symptom-fault way. An equivalent method, pattern recognization inference using fuzzy neural network, can fulfill the same work.
