The south-north united tectonic environment and tectonic pattern does not exist. The east-west trend thrusting Nappe structure of Majiatan and Hengshanpu can not represent the whole western margin of Ordos. The attempt to solve the regional tectonic problem with simple tectonic pattern is against the geological theory, especially in the Helan Mountain region.(2) After the geochemical data analysis of Ruqigou basalt in Helan Mountain, the article illustrates that it belongs to continental rift basalt which appeared in the late-Triassic and early middle Jurassic. Meanwhile the article states that the region is located in the rift environment of an extension background and Rudigou is located in the central part of the rift.(3) The article illustrates that the western ridge of Helan Mountain used to be on a slope and topography slowly declines from west to east after analysis and demonstrations of the distribution under XiaoSongshan bedding fault. Through comprehensive analysis of the no-strong deformation and bedding fault features, the article states that the Xiaosongshan bedding fault used to be gravity slip detachment structure and it represents the extension from the east to the west. Based on the above and analysis and demonstrations of isotope age and track datting, the article illustrates that the ? characteristic of the east of the western ridge of Helan mountain being higher than the west is the result of its late tectonic reverse.(4) Through comparison between Rujigou region Mesozoic Era late Triassic period-early and middle Jurassic period deposit and that of Ordos Basin and the analysis of the late Triassic period extension and early -middle Jurassic Period deposit povenevance it sets forth that during the period, Rujigou region was part of a large deposit basin which was closer to the northern povenevance and farther from the western povenevance.

以马家滩和横山堡为代表的东西向逆冲推覆构造模式，在整个鄂尔多斯盆地西缘不具有全区统一性，那种试图用单一的构造模式解决本区构造问题的尝试，无疑是与地质实际相悖的，尤其是对贺兰山地区；(2)通过对贺兰山汝箕沟玄武岩地质地球化学测试分析，提出其为大陆裂谷玄武岩，其形成时代为晚三叠—早中侏罗世，并通过该玄武岩的稀土和微量元素的测试分析资料进行了多种判别分析，最终确定该区处于拉张背景下的裂谷环境，汝箕沟地区大致处于当时裂谷的中心部位；(3)通过对小松山断层面之下地层分布规律，结合其变形特征的分析论证，认为当时贺兰山西麓处于一个由东向西平缓抬高的斜坡环境，并通过小松山断层面之下地层的非强烈变形及顺层断层特征等的综合分析，认为贺兰山西麓的小松山断层原本是一重力滑覆断层，它代表了近东西向的拉张，在此基础上通过裂变径迹测试资料的分析论证对其做了进一步认定，目前贺兰山西麓东高西低的剖面特征是该区后期构造反转的结果；(4)通过对汝箕沟地区中生代晚三叠世—早中侏罗世沉积与鄂尔多斯盆地内部的对比、晚三叠世延长组及早中侏罗世沉积物源和水流向分析，认为该时期汝箕沟地区为一更靠近北部物源，而距西部物源明显较远的沉积环境，是一更大型沉积盆地的一部分。

The main research contents are as follows:1. Through massive calculation, analysis and comparison, sum up the similarities and differences between the special-shaped cross sections and rectangular cross sections in mechanical features, between reinforced concrete special-shaped columns and rectangular columns in load-bearing capacity, ductility performance and provide necessary basic concepts and data for further understanding the characteristics of the special-shaped columns;2. Through massive elastic calculations and elasto-plastic analysis, under the preconditions of satisfying the code's requirements for axial compression ratio, limit value of lateral displacement and load-bearing capacity of normal section,oblique section and beam-column joint, under circumstances of different intensity of earthquake, structure dead weight, sort of site and column grid bay dimension, the variation regularity of maximum suitable height of structure, and thus sum up the maximum suitable height of structure for code for the purpose of macro-control while deciding the design scheme;3. Make a preliminary study on the stress feature of reinforced concrete special-shaped column and Z-shaped column of which the ratio of limb length to limb thickness is between 4~5 ,and the preliminary design method is suggested;4. Through elato-plastic time history dynamic analysis of typical projects, check up the weak storey of the special-shaped column structure and yielding, breaking and collapse mechanism to satisfy the earthquake resistant requirement to buildings of remaining stand under strong earthquake;5. Derive for project use simplified calculation formula of vibration period, suitable vibration period, suitable rigidity of special-shaped column structure through theoretical analysis, and provide an easy and practical method for deciding the structure scheme economically, safely and reasonably;6. Based on the study achievements in theory and massive analysis and calculations of this paper, sum up the regularities of inner force, deformation of special-shaped column structure and seismic conceptual design, and thus the suggection of seismic design of special-shaped column structures is presented.

本文研究的主要内容如下：通过大量的计算、分析和对比，总结出异形截面与矩形截面在力学特性、钢筋混凝土异形截面柱与矩形截面柱在承载能力、延性性能等方面的异同，为深入了解异形截面柱的特点提供必要的基本概念和数据；通过大量的弹性及弹塑性计算分析，在满足规程对轴压比、侧移限值及正截面、斜截面、节点承载力抗震验算要求的前提下，在不同抗震设防烈度、结构自重、场地类别及柱网开间尺寸情况下最大适宜高度的变化规律，并在此基础上总结归纳出异形柱结构的最大适用高度规定，可用于规程，以便于在确定方案时起到宏观控制的作用；对肢长与肢厚比在4～5的钢筋混凝土异形截面柱及Z形柱的受力特点进行初步探讨，提出初步的设计方法；通过对典型工程的弹塑性动力时程分析，检验异形柱结构的薄弱层及屈服、破坏、倒塌机制，以达到建筑物大震不倒的抗震设防要求；通过理论分析，推导出异形柱结构自振周期，以及适宜自振周期、适宜刚度的工程实用简化计算公式，为经济、安全、合理地确定结构方案提供简便实用的方法；在本文理论分析、计算以及大量的研究成果基础上，总结归纳出异形柱结构内力、变形的规律及抗震概念设计内容，并在此基础上提出异形柱结构的抗震设计建议。

Secondly, a series of computer programs have been developed and verified according to the deterministic chaos theory and algorithms. These programs are deterministic chaos qualitative analysis tools including phase plots and Poincare section analysis software packages; deterministic chaos quantitative analysis tools including the largest Lyapunov exponent, correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy analysis codes and classical analysis such as power spectrum, autocorrelation coefficient and Hurst analysis programs.

From these researches as above, this paper found a new method to analysis salty soil road engineering properties by phase equilibrium theory, which provides a new angle of analysis on salty soil properties, experiment and engineering practice in these ways as follows:(1) Analysis the disadvantage of traditional salty soil experiment;(2) Analysis the disadvantage of current salty soil definition by phase equilibrium theory, and gives the chart of distinguish salty soil by the condition of hydrography and climate change;(3) Analysis the mechanics of subgrade frost boiling based on the change rule of liquid content;(4) Based on the change rule of ingredients content and volume in salty soil, analysis the mechanics of subgrade salt heaving and the restraining method by adding sodium chloride.

通过以上研究，本文初步建立了以相平衡理论为核心的盐渍土路用工程性质分析方法，该方法对盐渍土工程性质的理论分析、试验研究以及工程实践提供了新的研究思路与方法，具体体现在：(1)分析了传统的盐渍土试验存在的缺陷；(2)分析了现行盐渍土定义的不足，并以相平衡理论为基础，结合水文、气候条件的变化给出了判别盐渍土的诺谟图；(3)分析了盐渍土盐溶液含量的变化规律，并从盐渍土含液量变化规律出发，分析了盐渍土路基较非盐渍土路基翻浆严重的机理；(4)分析了盐渍土各固相含量及其体积的相变规律，并在此基础上分析盐渍土路基的盐胀机理，以及采用添加氯化钠来抑止硫酸盐盐渍土的盐胀机理

Finally, based on the software ERDAS IMAGINE9.1, the paper provides a real case on the 3 S spatial information integration technology to explain its application outlook in the project management, and analyses its relation with the project management. Such as, intervisibility domes analysis, flood layers analysis, mist and cloud layers analysis, spatial navigation mode analysis, 3D animation analysis, virtrual roaming analysis etc.

最后，以遥感软件ERDAS IMAGINE9.1为平台，用具体的工程实例来检验了"3S"集成技术在工程项目管理中的应用前景，并对其进行了和工程项目管理有关的洪水淹没分析、模拟云雾层分析、威胁性和互视性分析、虚拟漫游分析、三维动画分析、空间导航等实用性分析。

The temporal and spatial variation of precipitation and soil moisture, vegetation and soil distribution, and land use/land cover were compared as well. On the basis of foregoing analysis, the eco-geographical differentiation was discussed. According to principles and indicators, with extension engineering method and integrated analysis, the physical geography boundary between subhumid and semiarid areas were demarcated. By using remote sensing image analysis, wavelet analysis of the perennial precipitation and temperature, and the comparison of temporal and spatial variation of the desertification, this paper accounted for the regional response to global environmental change and suggested the dominant environmental problems.
