So in this paper based on the characteristics and the optimum state theory of the vehicle, some kinds of control schemes are compared and discussed, and the fuzzy PID control scheme is adopted at last. The relation between air-cushion pressure and fan rotational speed on the optimum driving state is studied. The cushion pressure is used as controlled variable and the fan revolution is used as regulated variable. And transducer and fan motor are actuators.Based on the structure and operating properties of half-tracked air-cushion vehicle, the control system scheme and structure are presented. A control scheme using the self-tuning PID fuzzy logical controller is adopted. Fuzzy rules are set up and some researches have been done for fuzzy tuning method. At the same time the real-time measurement scheme by computer control is proposed, and electric circuits are designed. In the control system of half-tracked air-cushion vehicle cushion pressure P〓 is used as controlled variable and the fan speed n〓 as regulated variable.

The mechanical behavior of Shape Memory Alloys material is tested, and the constitutive model of the SMA is established. A kind of SMA combined rubber isolator is developed, and the isolation effect of the SMA combined rubber isolator for long-span bridge and tall building structures is numerically simulated, from which the adaptive isolation performance and the self-restoring capacity of the SMA combined rubber isolator are verified. A kind of SMA damper is developed, the mechanical behavior of the SMA damper is tested, and the model of restoring force of the SMA damper is established. The theory and method of adaptive control based on the SMA damper for the long-span bridge are built, and the effectiveness and reliability of the adaptive control for the long-span bridge using the SMA damper are verified through numerical simulation and model test. The MRF-04K type magnetorheological damper is developed, the mechanical behavior of the MR damper is tested, and the model of restoring force of the MR damper is established. The theory and method of adaptive control based on the MR damper for the long-span bridge and tall building structures are built, and the effectiveness and reliability of the adaptive control for the long-span bridge and tall building structures using the MR damper are verified through numerical simulation and model test. In addition, the theory and method of sub-structural damage identification for long-span bridge are derived, the influence of soil-structure dynamic interaction on the seismic isolation and control effects with different isolation and control measures and the damage responses and the sliding base-isolation of large structures under the excitation of underground explosion are investigated.

Results: For CRF rats which made by fed with feedingstuff contains 0.75% of adenine for 4 weeks, the weight of model control group rats were lighter than that of Yi Shen Granule groups rats. The water wastage of Yi Shen Granule groups rats were less than that of model control group rats. Compared urine volume, the ejectable quantity of Na, K, Cl and proteinuria in 12 hours , the data of Yi Shen Granule groups rats were less than that of model control rats. The specific gravity of Yi Shen Granule groups rats was higher than that of model control rats. The numerical value of RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH in model control group was lower than that in Yi Shen Granule groups. The content of BUN and Cre in serum of model control groups rats were higher than that of Yi Shen Granule groups. The results of excretion test of phenolsulfonphthalein showed that the RPF of Yi Shen Granule groups rats was larger than that of model control group rats.

In the process of realizing the remote control of voltage transformer meter, according to the actual requirement, it adopted the chips and modules that are different from the front means to design and realize the GPRS wireless communicating controller corresponding with the devices. It also introduces the mixed—mode Communication integrating the GSM with GPRS to settle the problem that too many GPRS terminals connecting with the central control station synchronously will affect the performance of the central control station.As a whole system, the central control station is the kernel of the digital oil field.
