With increasing of world economy, the international trade of woody forest products develops rapidly, but some issues, for example, illegal-logging and associated trade, forest certification, inspection and quarantine in imports and exports, trade protection, increasing value through domestic process, trade disputes and so on, have more important influence to the international trade of woody forest products.

For the leaf area index of the three forest types, there was a similar variation trend, i.e ., increased first and decreased then, with the maximum presented in mid-July or August for Q. mongolica and J.mandshurica forests while in mid-August or September for F. rhynchophulla forest. The canopy porosity of the three forest types also had a similar variation trend, but opposite to leaf area index, being decreased first and increased then, with the minimum presented in mid-June, July, August or September. The analysis of variation coefficients of leaf area index, transmitted direct gap light, and transmitted diffuse gap light indicated that the spatial pattern of leaf area index in July-September was the main factor affecting the spatial distribution of transmitted diffuse gap light.

结果表明，3种林型的叶面积指数变化总体趋势是一致的，均呈先上升再下降的单峰曲线，蒙古栎林和胡桃楸林都是在7月中旬或8月中旬达到最大峰值，花曲柳林是在8月中旬或9月中旬达到最大峰值；3种林型冠层孔隙度的变化总体趋势也是一致的，呈先下降再上升的单峰曲线，不同样地峰值出现的时间也不同，最低峰值在6、7、8、9月中旬均有出现；通过对不同月份的叶面积指数、林下散射光、林下直射光的变异系数分析表明，7—9月叶面积指数的空间格局是影响林下散射光空间分布的主要因素。

The rusults indicated that the temperature in forest was lower and the growth of ginseng was slower than out of forest, the yields were also lower; with the increase of ginseng age, the rate of net photosynthesis became higher; when the canopy density of forest reached to about 0.7～0.8, the net photosynthesis, hight, root weight, transpiration,chlorophyll conten of ginseng were higher than others, indicating that both lower and higher canopy density would reduce the rate of net photosynthesis of ginseng, and that the canpoy density of stand could be adjusted to satisfy the temperature and lighting for ginseng, and to provide the optimum ecology enviorment for the growth of ginseng.

结果表明，在生长季节内，林内温度低于林外温度，林下人参生长发育较差，产量较低；林分郁闭度为0.7~0.8时，人参的净光合速率、株高、单根重、叶绿素含量等指标较高；而郁闭度过高或过低都会影响人参生长发育；随着人参年龄的增加，净光合速率有逐渐升高的趋势。通过人为调节林分郁闭度的方式来满足人参对温度和光照因子的需求，为林下人参生长发育提供最适宜的生态环境。
