作者：王静恩，蔡金芳，王志华，谢晓洪多器官功能障碍综合征；中西医结合；治疗；休克，出血性目的提高对多器官功能障碍综合征（multiple organ dysfunction syndrome，mods）的认识、预防、诊断、治疗水平。方法报告成功抢救1例经腹腔镜左肾淋巴管结扎手术后左肾静脉钛夹意外脱落失血性休克，导致心跳呼吸骤停复苏后再手术并发mods累及6个脏器功能衰竭过程及有关治疗，并复习相关文献，介绍目前关于mods的研究进展。结果确诊1例因失血性休克心跳呼吸骤停复苏后并发mods，累及脑、心、肺、肝、肾、血液、胃肠等6个脏器。经积极采取中西医结合对症、支持救治，各生理指标全部恢复正常，康复出院。结论 mods的发生机制非常复杂，在严重感染、创伤、缺氧等打击下，失控的过度炎症反应激活多种细胞因子和炎症介质的释放，使mods发生率升高。尽早去除病因，尽早给予各种生命支持治疗，尽早对可能发生全身炎症反应综合征、mods识别并给予干预治疗，包括中西医结合治疗能改善mods的救治成功率。

The results showed as follow:①Chinese astringent persimmon were climacteric respiration fruit, the respiration climacteric stage occurred at speediness softening stage. Ethylene climacteric stage and respiration climacteric stage were almost occurred at one time.②The activities of EXP, PG, PE, CX all had increased, and EXP increased early with PG, PE, CX in turn in persimmon fruit during ripening and softening.③Concomitancy to fruit softening, ultrastructural changes in the mesocarp tissue were occurred at speediness softening stage, showed as disaggregation of middle layer of cell wall, appearance of fibre-like structures, disorganization of chloroplast and distortion of some mitochondria.

研究结果显示：①中国涩柿属呼吸跃变型果实，在其快速软化期出现呼吸跃变；乙烯跃变与呼吸跃变几乎同期出现；②在成熟软化过程中，EXP、PG、PE、CX的活性均有上升，EXP活性上升最早，随后依次是PG和PE、CX；PG活性上升幅度最大；③伴随果实软化，果肉组织超微结构在快速软化期中胶层解体、丝状体出现，叶绿体解体、部分线粒体变形；④1-MCP可延缓柿果实硬度下降，常温下延长保硬期5-7天。

This paper chose Carbendazim, Daconil, Imidacloprid and Methomyl as experiment objects, determined their influence to soil respiration of field, shed and school using obturate direct absorb method; discussed not only the variety of soil respiration under different pesticide's sorts, concentration and soil conditions but also the relationship between soil respiration and the variety of bacteria number in soil; confirmed the toxicity grade and dangerous index; provided an scientific basis for environment safety evaluation of pesticide's using.

因此，本论文选取多菌灵、百菌清、吡虫啉、万灵为受试农药，用密闭直接吸收法测定了农药对三种土壤（农田土、大棚土和校园土）呼吸作用的影响；讨论了农药种类、浓度、土壤条件的改变引起的土壤呼吸作用强度的变化及土壤呼吸量与土壤中细菌数量变化的关系；确定了农药的毒性等级和危害系数，为农药使用的环境安全性评价提供科学依据。

The main results were as follows:'Brumal jujube' with higher respiration rate, which decreased slightly after harvest, and lower ethylene production, which had not the appearance of respiration and ethylene production peak, ethephon with different concentrations all increased respiration rate and the respiration rate increased with the raise of concentration ,which suggested 'brumal jujube ' was respiratory non-climactic fruits.

结果如下：冬枣采后果实呼吸强度高并呈平缓下降趋势，而乙烯释放量较低无明显高峰出现；不同浓度的乙烯利处理增加了果实呼吸强度，处理浓度越大，果实呼吸速率越高，说明冬枣为非跃变型果实；1000μL.L~(-1)乙烯利和100mg.L~(-1)ABA处理可显著提高绿熟冬枣采后的呼吸强度，两者无明显差异，但乙烯利处理显著增加了乙烯释放量、ACC含量和ACO活性，其作用比ABA明显；GA处理抑制了果实呼吸强度和乙烯释放量的增加。

The results showed that the respiration rate of J1Jm (Japan♀×Japan♂) and C1Jm (China♀×Japan♂) increased with increase in water temperature, but significantly decreased at over 18℃. The respiration rate in "Chinese red" and its half-sib families (C1Rh, J7Rh, RjRh) sharply decreased at 21℃, indicating that the "Chinese red" and its half-sib families adopted higher temperature. The changes in NH4-N excretion rate showed a similar tendency to the respiration during the experiment.

MCP could inhibit the respiration of climacteric fruits such as Starking and Fuji apple and Feicheng peach in different degree, and this effect was not be able to convert by exogenous ethylene. On the contrary, the effect of 1-MCP on the non-climacteric fruit was not ascertainment: 1-MCP inhibited the respiration of strawberry stored at 20℃ during the whole storage time, while when stored at 0℃, 1-MCP didn't inhibit the strawberry respiration.

Statistic analysis showed that soil temperature as the driving factor to the diurnal variation of soil respiration. Soil temperature and soil moisture were the dominant environmental factors affecting the seasonal variation of soil respiration and explained 87% of its variability. LAI and root biomass were positively related to soil respiration rate, indicating that biotic factors also affected the seasonal variation of soil respiration. However, soil properties such as soil organic content, total nitrogen content, and C/N ratio had poor correlations with soil respiration. Top-dressing nitrogen fertilizer increased soil respiration significantly.
