分析近期应用数字胃肠机检查发现的经手术病理证实的22例早期食管癌的x线表现，其中上皮癌4例、黏膜癌7例、黏膜下癌11例。结果：短期内发现的早期食管癌，病变段短，局部管壁微凹僵直，部分边缘稍不整，黏膜增粗、中断或有浅在小钡斑滞留。结论：数字胃肠机在提高早期食管癌的检出率和诊断准确率中具有重要价值。
