The results of excretion test of phenolsulfonphthalein showed that the RPF of Yi Shen Granule groups rats was larger than that of model control group rats.

In this study, the following studies have been carried out(1)Test on a typical MR damper employed in this study was carried out, Neural network model based a direct model and a inverse model were established. The performance of the models were cpmpared with the Bingham model and the hyperbolic tangent model. Results show that ANN model can describe the mechanical behavior of MR damper perfectly as a nonparmetric model.

本文主要进行了以下三个方面的工作：(1)对一种典型的磁流变阻尼器进行了性能试验，利用实验实测数据建立了阻尼器的Bingham模型、双曲正切模型两种参数模型以及基于神经网络的正向和逆向模型，对三种计算模型进行了仿真分析，并与试验结果进行对比研究，结果表明，神经网络模型比两种参数模型能更好地模拟阻尼器的动态性能。

Not considering the restriction of the depot s transporting ability in the existing achievement of emergency dispatch, consequently, this chapter establishes a sole-resource optimized dispatch model aimed at "the shortest dispatch time" which includes the constraint of transporting ability under time restriction firstly. Moreover, the chapter deduces the algorithm of the model by mathematical induction step by step. Secondl y, it simplifies the former model and gives a simpler sole-objective model and corresponding algorithm including the constraint of transporting ability. At last, on the basis of the improved model, this chapter discusses a two-phase programming model and a multi-objective programming model which are aimed at "the shortest dispatch time" and "the fewest number of mobilized depots" including the constraint of transporting ability under time restriction.

Targeting the biomass rice stalk,we use linestone as catalyst and cracking catalyse the tar which was pyrolysised from the target.We build the rice straw biomass gasification tar removal catalytic cracking process model by the least squares support vector machine model and optimize the model parameters through genetic algorithm.We also has gotten the best catalytic cracking temperature and gas residence time, making the highest rate of catalytic cracking tar.We made wood biomass as a target analysis so that we can thermally crack tar,and we can use genetic algorithms to optimize the model parameters that is based on the wood biomass gasification pyrolysis tar removal process model through the least-squares fitting method,then we got the best pyrolysis temperature and equivalence ratio,so that it is possible to make the tar content reach the minianum.Based on the least squares support vector machine model,we had established the model of the biomass sawdust Compression molding process and fit the Optimization Parameters objective function of the molding process .

In building the simulation models for manufacturing missions, based on the combination with the multi-agent method and the GOOPN method, the compoundable method is presented, which makes the models more intelligent. Based on the result above, combined with the GOOPN models and the GERTS model, we put forward EPN-GERTS model through embedding Petri net into GERTS model, which can simplify the complexity in building models, and also improve the defects of GERTS model in describing resource conflicts and Petri net model in building models. In building the simulation models for development missions, the improved GERTS model is present to describe the development processes in QRMS. Through dynamically computing the redo times in GERTS, the improved model can reflect the operation character of development process. The simulation results are more precise when we use the models above.
