In this paper, Self-categorization Theory was deemed as a starting point to examine when team members may have self-categorization perspective. Besides, what kind of impacts may arouse and influence their cooperative behaviors. The two main propositions which we deduced are as follows: 1 Thanks to self-categorization perspective, the members of the organization will become two different groups, i.e., in-group and out-group.
