Accuracy between two groups was calculated byχ~2 test.Calculate the average effective radiation dose of the 30 patients.Results In group A,seventeen patients underwent both DSCT coronary angiography and SCAG,among 255 segments of 17 patients,105 lesion sites of 70 segments were diagnosed stenosis or obstruction,of them,95 lesion sites were confirmed by SCAG.The accuracy of DSCTCA was 90.48%.The agreement of two methods have a high agreement(Kappa =0.853).In group B,13 patients underwent both DSCT coronary angiography and SCAG,among 195 segments of 13 patients,73 lesion sites of 57 segments were diagnosed stenosis or obstruction, of them,65 lesion sites were confirmed by SCAG.The accuracy of DSCTCA was 89.04%.The agreement of two methods have a high agreement(Kappa =0.835). There was no significant difference(χ~2=0.098,p＞0.05) between the accuracy of two groups.The effective radiation dose of 30 patients was 3.67±0.43 mSv.Conclusion Compared with SCAG,prospectively ECG-gated transverse DSCT is a valuable examination to detect and diagnose coronary artery disease with a low dose coronary angiography.The accuracy of the DSCT is approximate to the SCAG.There was no significant difference between the accuracy of two groups.

结果200例患者均成功完成了适应性前瞻性心电门控双源CT冠状动脉血管成像；30例同期行SCAG检查的患者，A组17例：HR≤75 bpm，可评价冠状动脉节段255个，70个冠状动脉节段有105处不同程度的狭窄，95处狭窄程度与金标准SCAG相符，其阳性诊断准确率为90.48%；2种方法的诊断结果得到了较高的一致性(Kappa值=0.853)。B组13例；HR≥91 bpm，可评价冠状动脉节段195个，57个冠状动脉节段有73处不同程度的狭窄，65处狭窄程度与SCAG相符，其阳性诊断准确率为89.04%；2种方法的诊断结果得到了较高的一致性(Kappa值=0.835)。2个心率组间的诊断准确率无明显统计学差异(x~2=0.098，p＞0.05)。30例患者的平均有效辐射剂量为3.67±0.43 mSv结论适应性前瞻性心电门控双源CT冠状动脉成像是一种有效减低辐射剂量的扫描方式，其诊断准确率与金标准SCAG相比得到较高的一致性，且高、低2个心率组间诊断准确率无明显统计学差异。

BPH is a common disease in old people, it often causes bladder outlet obstruction and destrusor instability. It is reported that the morbidity, rate of detrusor instability secondary to BPH is from 52% to 80%. There are many hypotheses concerning detrusor instability, The study of detrusor denervational hypersensitivity and changes of detrusor ultra-structure are intensively popular at present. But most of the research work were only limited in animals. In order to gain the insight into its mechanism, we Carried out a series of studies on detrusor instability secondary to BPH obstruction in men.

BPH是老年人常见疾病，常导致膀胱出口梗阻和逼尿肌不稳定，有报道BPH梗阻性逼尿肌不稳定的发生率为52-80％，引起逼尿肌不稳定原因很多，其中逼尿肌去神经超敏和超微结构的变化是目前研究的热点，但大多限于动物实验，鉴于此，我们对BPH梗阻性逼尿肌不稳定进行了初步的研究，拟探讨其发生机制。

Results: Among these 72 patients, 14 had calculous obstruction and 58 had noncalculous obstruction.

结果：72例中诊断为结石性上尿路梗阻14例，非结石性上尿路梗阻58例。72例中有67例得到手术病理证实。

Abstract］ objective to explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel diverticular surgical complication.methods 24 cases of small bowel diverticular were retrospectively analysed.results the diagnosis was made preoperatively in 4 duodenal diverticula and only 1 jejunal diverticula.clinical complications included obstruction in 11 cases,bleeding in 4 cases,perforation in 4 cases.23 cases were cured.1 case was died of mof.all the diverticular with complications had histopathological signs of inflammation and 3 had signs of ulcer and 4 had the resected.conclusion the small bowel diverticular is rare.it may diagnose except common reason underwent gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.the gi is an effective way of examinations.operation is effective for small bowel diverticular disease.

回顾性分析24例小肠憩室病外科并发症的临床资料。结果术前6例十二指肠憩室中4例确诊，18例空回肠憩室仅1例确诊。小肠憩室伴小肠梗阻11例，憩室出血4例，憩室穿孔4例。23例治愈，1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。有并发症的憩室病理都有炎症表现，5例有溃疡，4例有异位黏膜组织。结论小肠憩室病比较少见。在胃肠出血或梗阻的情况下，可采取对常见原因排除的方法进行诊断。在不需要急诊手术的情况下，钡餐造影是最有效的检查。手术是可靠有效的治疗方法。

4Complications:After operation peritonitis appeared in 5cases,among which were 2of intestinal obstruction,and 1 necrosis of left hemicolon.Conclusion:The chemotherapy of selective arterial drug perfusion before an operation reduce the tumor and stiumulate inflammatory reaction and fibroplastic proliferation around it.Thus increases excision rate as well as decreases local recurrence rate and possiblity of cancer merastasis.However,it also leads to some toxic side reaction and possible intestinal obstruction and necrosis.

于直肠癌手术切除前先行选择性动脉药物灌注化疗，可使肿瘤缩小，并刺激瘤周炎性反应和纤维组织增生，从而提高手术切除率，降低术后局部复发和远处转移可能，该方法有一定的毒副反应和发生肠梗阻、肠坏死的潜在危险。
