Objective:To explore the relationship of negative schizophrenic cognitive function improvement with HVA and 5-HIAA, Method:Thirteen negative schizophrenic patients were treated with clozapine for 8 weeks,Memory,attention,executive function were assessed separately with Waise memory scale,cancellation test and Wisconsin card sorting test before and after treatment,and cerebrospinal fluid HVA and 5-HIAA levels were determined with HPLC-ECD, Results:Part of short memory was improving with decreasing of HVA or increasing of 5-HIAA,while significant correlation were not found between improvement of memory quotient,attention,executive function and change of HVA,5-HIAA, Conclusion:The great part of negative schizophrenic cognitive function improvement has marked correlation with change of DA and 5-HT

目的：探讨阴性精神分裂症认知功能的改善与HVA和5-HIAA变化的关系。方法：对13例阴性精神分裂症在氯氮平治疗前和治疗8周后分别采用韦氏成人记忆量表，数字划消测验和威斯康星卡片分类测验(Wisconsin card sorting test，WCST)评估其记忆、注意及执行功能，采用高效液相色谱-电化学检测测定其治疗前和治疗后脑脊液中DA代谢产物高香草酸和5-HT代谢产物五羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的浓度。结果：部分短时记忆随HVA降低或5-HIAA的增高而改善。而总的记忆商数，注意及执行功能的改善与HVA和5-HIAA的变化无明显相关。结论：大部分阴性精神分裂症认知功能的改善与DA和5-HT浓度变化无明显相关。

EMB-resistance in 18 isolates was caused by the mutation at coden 306 in embB gene with positive rate of 62.1%. The PCR result was negative in 20 specimen from pulmonary diseases without active TB and 5 negative control strains of no MTB. The data in this study showed high specificity of 100%. Only one specimen in 7 specimen with negative result in acid-fast stain and cultivation was shown alteration in coden 306 in embB gene.

结果：130例活动性肺结核患者痰标本抗酸染色阳性38例，阳性率为29.2%(38/130)；罗氏培养阳性为79例，阳性率为60.8%(79/130)。79例培养阳性痰标本中耐乙胺丁醇29例，其中有18例在embB基因met306ATG突变，基因突变率为62.1%。20例非结核肺部疾病患者痰标本和5株非结核分枝杆菌菌株经套式PCR扩增全部为阴性，特异性为100%。7例涂阴培阴PCR扩增阳性的序列中有1例在embB基因306位密码了发生突变。

There are differences of parenting styles among different styles of children caring. Totally speaking, the scores on positive parenting styles of no left-behind children(such as warmth of father and mother) are higher than those who are and who have been left-behind children, but the scores are obviously lower on negative parenting styles such as punishment from father or intervening punishment from mother. The regression equation of anxiety scores on left-behind children set by parenting styles also depends on children caring styles. Positive parenting behaviors of parents and caring people have positive influences on mentally healthy of children, for instance, some supporting and mood warmth., while some negative behaviors such as rejection have negative influences.

In order to solve this problem, a control strategy is developed.
