先以区位可行性筛选方式进行分析，并结合数学规划模式与多属性效用评估方法进行垃圾焚化厂区位选择之多准则评估作业；（3）评估项目阶层架构之研拟，并由专家问卷获得评估因子权重值及评估指标操作定义，以进一步建构专家知识库；（4）建立一焚化厂区位选择专家决策支援系统，以辅助规划及决策人员进行垃圾焚化厂区位选择之方案评估作业；（5）最后针对台中市设置垃圾焚化厂设施的区位选择问题进行本专家决策支援系统之操作。

In this paper the influence of leader in dichotomous group decision making is discussed,and we conclude that the existence of leader cannot improve the decision profit when the optimal decision rule in independent group decision-making is applied.

本文研究了具有领导的二分群体决策中领导对决策收益的影响，得到的一个重要结论是：如果二分群体决策过程应用了独立投票过程下的最优规则，则领导对其他决策者施加影响不可能提高群体决策收益。

Using this method, when new rule being added, we need not use all un-reduced rules to simplify decision algorithm, only the rules which are rule complete with respect to an indiscernibility class are simplified; using this reduced decision algorithm in the Knowledge Represent System in which the decision algorithm is not complete, the decision with unknown correctness will not arise.

Low level radwaste disposal problems are complex. Many important issue, such as radionuclide migration in the geosphere, must be carefully evaluated before making decision. This project will explore the use of a hydrogeological decision support system for solving these complex problems. The system will integrate hydrogeological analysis tools, geographic information system, mathematical models, stochastic and statistic methods, graphical interface, and decision system. By using the system, it is expected that many different alternatives can be efficiently analyzed and evaluated, and results can be presented much more effective to decision makers, while compared with the conventional presentation. Basing on the prototype system developed in the last two years, this project will integrate more analysis tools and improve the functions of the system.

中文摘要低放射性废料处置所牵涉之问题甚为广泛且复杂，其中又以放射性核种於地下水中迁移所造成之风险性分析最为重要，一般而言，一个水文地质决策支援系统将结合水文地质、地理资讯系统、数学模式、序数及统计、图形介面、优化及决策分析等理论及工具，方能使该系统迅速分析各种不同方案，并以最有效方式将分析结果呈现於决策者；因此，本计画预计延续八十二年至八十三年间，初步完成之整合风险分析模式之决策分析系统刍形，并於其基础上继续整合及发展一些关键技术及工具，以增加系统必备之功能，使其系统更趋完善，达到实用之目的。

This method makes up the shortage of traditional decision network planning and makes the blue print choice more reasonable. Because this method comprehensively considers the six aspects of the project. The six aspects are duration ,cost, quantity, technique risk, strategy intention and maintenance. Second, it researched the calculation method of time parameters based on fuzzy triangle number of decision network planning. At last, it studies the fuzzy duration-cost optimization of decision network planning.This dissertation makes use of fuzzy theory to the decision network planning.

首先将模糊综合评判方法应用于决策节点方案选择，从工期、费用、质量、技术风险、战略意图和维护需求等六个方面全面比较各个备选方案，与传统网络计划在进行方案决策时只注重工期和成本两个方面相比，决策效果有所改善；其次，研究了采用模糊三角数表示工序工期情况下的决策网络计划时间参数计算方法以及模糊工期压缩等问题；最后，对模糊决策网络计划工期—成本优化方法进行了探讨。
